Back to my preparation for our Canada trip I picked up this ebook for .99 and overpaid. It really was pretty much worthless. I think I looked up one lighthouse, but it's too far out of the way and the only real draw is that it's the fattest lighthouse of them all. Lol

I found this guide to be useful on a few trips around PEI and Nova Scotia. It's black and white, not a picture book. Full of useful information on the less-explored places. The only concern is the price - for over 20 dollars it should be a bit more useful.

Since we are heading to Nova Scotia later this summer, I wanted to familiarize myself with the area. This book is excellent. Ms. Ernst is quite informative, and her descriptions come from a genuine appreciation for the beauty, history, and geography of the Maritime Provinces. I can't wait to go on some of these drives and see for myself how special these places are.

Since I am planning on a Maritime Providences trip, I checked out this book. Unfortunately, it was dry reading and much preferred a different book that I read on this topic.
