Much of the information in this book is invaluable, and answered many of my questions I have regarding how our diet affects our health, and what nutrients we truly need to be healthy. This author speaks a bit about religious diets and while it may not pertain to your own religious background, much of that info has a deeper meaning to it than just religious food restrictions, so take some things with a grain of salt. My biggest complaint is that the author continuously plugs different products to purchase. These products may be perfectly good, I just got a bit annoyed by the subtle product promos, it starts to feel disingenuous. Other than his own personal line of dental products that he plugs, I'm not actually sure if he's being sponsored to sell these products or just really believes in them. Regardless, I recommend this book to anyone, I think there's plenty of helpful tips to improving your overall health.
