This is little better than a blog post about the Golden Ratio for people who have never heard of it. Very repetitive and with very little depth. The chapters are all in this format: a short (one page or so) intro, a collage with lots of smaller symbols and images within it, then over the next few pages, each smaller symbol or image is explained in about one or two sentences. That's it. I suppose it gives one a starting place to look further into each item, but this book doesn't attempt to do any of that work.

Like the golden ratio breathing. You get a blurb saying that it's great for the body to breath in:out in a 3:5 second ratio. But there's nothing going into any studies, or anything of the kind. Just the statement.

Don't waste your time here.

It felt like a lot of the information I could have received from Wikipedia but overall a good starting place for me to begin deep diving back into the power of this ration and sequence
