Through stories, Scripture, and common-sense practicality, Father Oscar Lukefahr seeks to answer the question "How can I be happy?" by exploring the four levels of happiness (body, mind and will, heart, and soul). He demonstrates how our spiritual and emotional growth are shaped by living each of the four levels to the fullest.

Online Catholic studies course - book 5. Another great book in this series, discusses 4 levels of happiness and how the question is answered - "Why am I here?" "To love and serve God and to be happy forever". Happiness can only be found in God. Also, some profound revelation re: the Eucharist (page 67).

Fr Oscar has done an exceptionally good job at explaining the different levels of happiness and unhappiness. I can honestly say I relate to them at every level.
