Finding Your Leadership Style: A Guide for Ministers

Rate this book
This book is for all ministers who are seeking to understand how leadership works and why it can be so difficult. It will be useful as a study book for lay ministers as well and for all who take up a leadership role in local churches. It could also be attractive to lay people who as disciples seek to lead in their places of work with Christian values and behaviours.

Interesting but too liberal for me in places

An excellent And v helpful summary of all sorts of thinking on leadership, filtered through a Christian theological lens. It's just a shame from my perspective that it is a liberal Christian one .

Interesting take and critique of some of the leadership styles exhibited in the church. Bears some similarities to Goleman's leadership styles.
