A situation that no one should have to face in life, but a reality that it can happen. Overall, I think the situation was handled fairly well. Understandably custody should go to a family member and that was the scenario. With a little help from the best friend, London, who obviously was the voice of reason, Ian was able to adjust to taking care of his nieces and nephew. There was history between Ian and London which influenced their relationship and a second chance. The children were adorable and portrayed in a believable light.
