Willow started writing after having her little girl, Evie, December 2015. All during her pregnancy with Evie she continued to read and she only wanted to read romance. She was reading a book a day — sometimes two.
In January 2016 Willow was staying up late with Evie and just thinking of all these stories. They came to her constantly so she finally sat down and just started writing. She always wanted to do it so she figured, why not? Today Willow cannot be happier for making that decision!
It was so boring. Like there’s no main trope going on in this. From the beginning the main part starts and it feels like you’ve started the book from the middle.
Spicy, spicy, spicy!! It was a great read. It kept you engaged the whole way through. Great twists and turns throughout! I loved this couple. There is profanity throughout the book if that bothers you.
emotional hopeful mysterious tense fast-paced Plot- or character-driven? A mix Strong character development? Yes Loveable characters? Yes Diverse cast of characters? No Flaws of characters a main focus? It's complicated 4.0 stars
Physical - part of the ending reveal was easy to predict after a certain scene and specific wording of 1 line, but the other part was not as easily predictable. Brooklyn has such a horrendous relationship with her father, that’s it’s really shocking she hasn’t tried to branch away from him sooner though she is only 22 but it seems like their relationship has been this way for a long time. Ronan did everything he could in a ruthless manner to get to the top of the financial ladder so it isn’t surprising that someone he hurt wanted revenge. The pairing of the 2 villains in this story is super unexpected and it would have been great if the story included more surrounding the children’s interactions with the parents, for Brooklyn specifically before the divorce and a few years after the divorce. It seems there is more to this story that were never told about why these families hate each other for vehemently. It can’t just be the one financial deal gone astray.
Suspenseful with a lot of drama. Not knowing who to trust or who will betray you. Have you hoping love wins and evils punished. Hoping weakness finds strength to overcome pain and stand up to power. Very spicy
Har haft den länge på hyllan så ville bara läsa den så jag inte behövde tänka på den. En kort och helt okej bok. Om jag ska vara ärlig så skumläste jag mig igenom boken.
Was not my favorite. There was a lot of crude language, and the book really didn't flow for me. I felt, as I read it, that a huge chunk of the story was missing.
Raw, it gave me chills. Accept the 'W' foreplay part or nickname. But I also wanted to know what happened to their parents after their evil deeds were discovered. B&R.. Dangggg 🥰
Easy read. No detailed backstory to keep track of. Sort of predictable HEA but was a good little palate cleanser read. What brought it down to 3 stars for me was him calling her “kitten”…blech.
