Bay Night is my home. My safe place. The place where I can start over and find myself, find the old Nina Blair and her fiery spirit again.
I lost my voice listening to someone who I thought loved me, only to have him tell me how pathetic I am and how disgusting my body is to him. I had to leave while he was distracted, tired of him physically hurting me over and over.
Since being back home…I have seen more and more of my nemesis…Alex Washburn. He was so awful to me in high school, and he just so happens to be friends with my best friend’s fiancé, which is just great for me. He is the last person I want to be around.
But somehow when I am around him, it’s like my body feels safe. Feels at home. The way he looks at me with his big deep brown eyes or the way his tattoos make me want to trace the road map over his body. I should not be feeling these types of feelings toward any man right now.
But, I just cannot stop myself when it comes to Alex Washburn.
Alex
Nina Blair. She has always made my blood boil with anger because of how badly I wanted her in more ways than one. But I would never let myself indulge in her the way that I have dreamt about…for years.
The way her hair swung down her back, the curves on her body calling to me when she walked, her hazel eyes that called to me like the temptress she is. I wanted her. I wanted to hurt her for making me feel this way.
When she moved back to Bay Night, I could not stop myself from always finding a way to be near her. To taunt her. To make her get mad at me. But none of that happened. She was a shell of herself…not the fiery woman I used to know. That did not sit well with me. Someone hurt her. Someone put their hands on my sweet Nina. My Goldie.
I plan to make whoever did this to her pay. No one hurts my Nina but me…and I only plan to hurt her in a very pleasurable way.
Until You is the third book in the Bay Night Series. With a BBW heroine and a hot OTT protective hero who will have you begging for more. You will also hear more from previous characters too! This can be read as a stand-alone.
Trigger This book talks heavily on domestic violence.
I’ve had the privilege of being a member of Nicole’s Street/ARC Team and I’ve loved being able to promote and read this book.
✨Curvy FMC ✨Small Town Romance ✨Touch Her & Die Vibes ✨Enemies to Lovers ✨HEA
We return to Bay Night in this book to get Nina and Alex’s story. Nina returns home to Bay Night to escape her abusive boyfriend. The worst part about being home for her is to have to deal with Alex. Since they were teenagers, Alex has constantly teased and given Nina a hard time. As much as that infuriated Nina, she couldn’t help but be attracted to him, which made her even more angry. Alex teased her because all he wanted to do was get a rise out of her. Now that Nina is home, Alex is giving in to his attraction to her, finally.
When Alex finds out what Nina suffered at the hands of her ex, he sees red. He cares about her so much that the thought of anyone hurting her makes him murderous. I love how much he cares about her. How he’ll do anything to protect her.
The focus on domestic violence is definitely a trigger warning. Nicole does a great job showing both the victim’s side and the sides of those that care for the victim.
This is a quick read, coming in at just under 200 pages.
ARC Review: firstly, thank you Nicole for this honor! I ate this book up!!!
Rate: 5/5 ✨ Spice: 2/5 🌶️
What to expect: • enemies to lovers • small town romance • touch her and die • he fell first… and hard
Nina Blair has a past she wants to leave behind and Alex Washburn is the one who wants to keep her safe… even when she doesn’t want to give in to the temptation of him.
My goodness, I LOVED this book! Alex Washburn, the man that you are…
Please, please, please read the trigger warnings as there are heavy topics and explicit scenes that could be difficult for some people to read.
I can’t wait for yall to meet Nina, Alex and the gang on June 30th 🩵
I meet Nicole at a local book signing. I instantly bought all of her books. I fell in love with this series and invested in the characters. I was so excited to get a chance to be part of the ARC team. I sat there and binged this book.
This is my favorite book in the series! I loveeeee Alex; how he is so protective of Nina just makes you gush. The spiceeeeee is fabulous, Nicole Knows how to write a damn good spice scene.
I'm a huge fan of the way Nicole Waterhouse gets you in and out of a story with just enough heat, just enough drama and just enough character development to make everything amazing.
This is book 3 of the Bay Nights series and we get Alex and Nina.
"That was her safe place until you.” She says. Until me. Until me. Keeps echoing throughout my head.
Nina and Alex are in the same friend group; they're the only two not coupled- up. To say they drive each other crazy would be an understatement. These two have been racing on a NASCAR track always in each other's periphery but never in each other's lanes.
The story is told in dual pov in present time and with flashbacks. Nina has just returned from living in Boston and is brought back to Bay Night because of traumatic events outside of her control. She returns a completely different person and Alex is determined to get his sassy sparring partner back. It doesn't take them long to figure out they have feelings for one another. (SWOON.) Add in some new love and healing, a supportive friend group, a crazy ex and some spicy times and you get Until You.
There are two books in the Bay Night series before this one. You don't *have* to read them to understand this one, but you totally should.
Note: This one has some real life darker themes that the main character experiences. Mind your triggers.
It's no secret I am a fan of Author Nicole Waterhouse's novels. They are short, sweet, spicy, and sickeningly romantic! Just like I love them, and this series just gets better and jucier by the book. I don't want to spoil it for anyone, but if you want a fast paced, enemies to lovers, overly possesive/protective MMC, curvy FMC, small town romance then definitely add this series to your TBR. It is short you will definitely devour it in a sitting. You don't have to read the previous two novels to understand this one. However, if you do then it will only make you appreciate the pieces of the previous couples lives we get to see in this story. It is told from a dual POV and there is flashbacks, which I think added even more heat and depth to Alex and Nina's story. It is super fast paced but it is a short novel so it kinda has to be. I do recommend reading trigger warnings in case you are sensitive to certain topics. But other than that enjoy the ride because her spice is off the hook, and Alex Washburn (even though a little too much at times) is everything any smutty lover likes in her book boyfriends.
Nina is escaping an abusive relationship. She goes back home to Bay Night. She is seeking the safety of her family and friends. Alex just so happens to hang out with her friends. He always liked to get under her skin. He slowly starts to realize Nina is different and is determined to bring his Nina back.
Can he make Nina feel safe and bring back the Nina he loves?
My thoughts:
Until You @author_nicolewaterhouse is an emotional read.
Check trigger warnings because there is abuse in the story. This is not between Alex and Nina but the reason she has become a shell of the person she was once. As someone who was in an abusive relationship, I tend to read books with abuse as a way to not feel alone. The aftermath of the abuse is not always accurate but @author_nicolewaterhouse was pretty accurate.
This book will not be for everyone but it was so well executed that I couldn’t put it down. I continue to love her writing and can’t wait to read future releases.
Bay Night series might be the series that made me fall in love with side characters and found family within friend groups. They drive this series and make it so believable and enjoyable to read! Book #2 in the series was my favorite, but this one might take the trophy.
This is definitely one of Nicole's more emotional books, but I think it has a place in this world for other women to feel seen, heard, and represented. (And to know there are good guys out there who will help piece you back together.)
I'd like to wash Alex Washburn down with a tall glass of water, please 😆
Tropes you'll find in this book are: ✨ Small town romance ✨ HEA ✨ Curvy girl representation ✨ Touch her & die ✨ Enemies to lovers
PLEASE read the trigger warnings before reading, there are talks about abuse throughout the book.
Nicole, thank you for my arc copy, for having me on your team, and for putting this book out there.
First I would like to say a big thank you to Nicole Waterhouse for letting me be apart of this ARC Team!

What to expect when reading Until You; -Small Town -Enemies to Lovers -Touch her and 💀 -Happy ever after
Nina has a problem she’s running from. Alex, her old enemy, comes to her rescue! He is on a mission to protect her. We love a protective man😮💨 This story was beautifully written. It had the perfect story line and amount of spice!
Fav Quote: “PS I know to use the bright pink color to indicate it was an important note”
Make sure you get the book when it releases on June 30th❤️
I will say make sure to check trigger warnings. The book does talk about topics that may be hard to read for some.
Until you is book 3 in the Bay Night series. We got a glimpse of Alex in Back to You, but this book is about his love story.
This book was heavy, it touches upon some triggering topics so please make sure to check the trigger warnings.
Nina Blair has been through hell the last 6 months and finally has her chance to escape. She escapes back to her safe home town, hours away from her now ex Jimmy. She’s not looking for another relationship she’s looking for peace and to feel safe again, then she runs into Alex Washburn.
Alex, the local boy from her childhood who Nina has always had a love hate attraction to. Little does Nina know that she’s all he’s ever been able to think about.
Alex comes back into her life at such an important time and he saves her. I love how protective he is, how he can drive her absolutely mad and feel safe at the same time.
Nicole has the perfect amount of spice in this book to leave you blushing!
This story will rock you. This book touches on a subject that is very dear to me. It was a bit to get through but the way Nicole weaved it was honestly perfect. I don’t think the subject could of been written or even handled any better. Alex was everything Nina needed. It was a rocky start but he truly was great for her. There were so many times I just wanted to wrap that girl in a hug. Go into this book with some tissues. You will love everything about this couple.
This was my first read by Nicole, and it won't be my last!!
Alex and Nina have to be my favorite, so far this year. The bond that will never be broken between the two, the walls that crumble, and the trust that builds between them is unmatched!
“You see, Nina, there has never been anyone who can make me want to lose control until you. I’m done denying you.”
If you’ve read any of the Bay Night series books you know you need to read Until You. This story was so amazing and emotional that I couldn’t put it down. What Nina went through in her past was crazy and makes her relatable. But the way Alex helps bring Nina her safety and love is so special when he realizes he can’t live without her. These two share something that makes you want their kind of relationship this book is a must-read and so is this series.
This is the first book I’ve read by this author and it was a sweet and short read! The spice was amazing and I appreciated the redemption arc that Alex had and the way that he loved Nina deeply. He also shows her how to start to learn to love and appreciate herself as well as show that he cares for her. This book showed that a man would do just about anything to ensure his woman’s safety. It is definitely worth the read!
This is book 3 in the series and it’s my favorite. It’s about Nina she’s the Fmc and best friends with Mia and Penny from the previous books.
Nina is known to be full of life and confident. Which changes throughout the book. She’s a domestic abuse survivor and has really been through it. She’s a shell of the person she use to be. From being very confident and full of life to just existing.
Alex who is the Mmc. He’s mentioned in the previous book and is Aiden’s best friend. He’s known as a ladies man and doesn’t shy away from a good time. He’s sexy, tall, and covered in tattoos.
Recently Nina has moved back home and during their group hang outs Alex flirts and banters with nina like old times to get a reaction from her. Their relationship progresses and they give into their feelings. Both of them having fantasied about the each other over the years. I enjoyed the way Alex treated Nina and noticed the unfamiliar changes in her and how he made her feel beautiful and whole again. The chemistry was undeniable between these two. Especially when some flashback scenes were sprinkled in throughout the book to see how it all started . They’re absolutely perfect together and he makes sure his woman knows that he’s her safe place.🥹🥰 As mentioned earlier this is my favorite in the series. I’ve enjoyed the characters so much and can’t wait for Brody’s book. Nicole writes some amazing characters.🥰
✨Until You by Nicole Waterhouse✨
🛑 Trigger Warning🛑 Mentions of abuse and on page abuse is mentioned in this story.
✨Disclaimer✨This is book 3 in the bay night series. It’s interconnected and recommended to be read in order.

〰️Release Date〰️ June 30th 2024 〰️Tropes〰️ Small Town Enemies to lovers Curvy Fmc Touch her & ☠️ vibes Hea 〰️Rating〰️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5 〰️Spice〰️ 🌶️🌶️.5/5 〰️Favorite Quotes〰️ Alex-I want to ruin her for anyone else because now she belongs to me and only me.
Alex-Watching her wrap her lips around my thumb is a thing of f*cking beauty, and I plan on making her see just how f*cking beautiful she is.
Nina-I love you with all of my heart. I have never felt the kind of love that I have with you. You helped me find my voice, my confidence and myself again.
This is book three in the series Bay Night series.. and I’ll be honest, even though I really did enjoy Nina and Alex’s story, I went back and forth about whether to actually write a review, because it was a very heavy and dark read from like page one. But I ultimately decided people needed to know that there is a rainbow after the storm, and sometimes that storms gives you golden sunflowers then you find a really handsome man to tattoo them on him.
Nina enters into a relationship that seems perfect, until it wasn’t.. after several months of being in a mentally and physically, abusive relationship she decides to leave, thankfully she has a safe place to escape to and ends up back in Bay Night surrounded by her friends and family.. however she kept her abuse secret from everybody except Penny and Mia…everyone especially Alex can tell she’s not her usual confident and happy self.
Alex who is best friends with Aiden, has always secretly admired Nina for years, but when he notices her change, he is determined to get to the bottom of it. So after a night out he decides to finally let Nina know how he feels and he believes she feels the same, and after a rain storm and a really fun night in front of a mirror, Nina tells Alex her secrets.
I loved how the author really didn’t draw out the journey of them accepting their feelings for each other, Nina needed a light in her life and thankfully Alex was about to be that light. It was also great how even before he knew about her past relationship he always made sure to make her feel loved and appreciated. This book reminded me that everyone needs a village, and that village can sometimes save your life.
This was a very quick read for me and I enjoyed it, I do wish we got more of Nina and Alex being happy without all the drama with Jimmy… but overall this was one of my most anticipated reads for this year and I wasn’t disappointed at all.
This is an enemies to lovers small town romance. My favorite tropes! This is book 3 in the series about Nina and Alex. Nina was always happy and full of life and always had a response back to Alex snide remarks to her growing up. Love the banter! Even though they both secretly crushed on each other in highschool but they never admitted it to each other. Nina is now back in town, seeming not herself and always trying to cover herself and Alex is suspicious about this and wants to finally get with her but also find out what happened that caused her to change and move back. She eventually tells him how she escaped an abusive relationship and how her ex used to emotionally and physically abuse her. FYI for those sensitive to this, the book starts off with a scene of the abuse so please keep that in mind. Alex at this point is trying to be supportive to her but also pretty much ready to unalive this man. We love a protective man!
Alex and Nina have some spicy times and he helps her start to learn to love and appreciate herself again. I loved that Alex has always cared for her and I really liked the bond that all of the friends have. It felt like such a good group that was there for anything and anytime for those they cared about!
Trope: ❤️Touch Her and ☠️ ❤️Enemies to Lovers ❤️Small Town Romance ❤️Curvy FMC ❤️Phone Video
Until you is the third installment in the Bay Night series, it was a fast paced spicy novela that I ate up in less than 24 hours. The story follows two friends of mutual friends, Nina and Alex. This gave small town romance, enemies to lovers (all though it escalated a little quickly, but the banterrrrrr, OMG 😳), touch her and die vibes, a curvy FMC, lots of spice that was Spicinggggg 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️, and I absolutely love morally grey stories and the theme of this book gave it a lot of edge. Definitely check your trigger warnings first though!
I have not read the first 2 books in the series and I feel like if I would have read those this may have gotten another .5 star outta me. But reading as a stand alone I just had a little bit of trouble connecting to the characters simply because it was such a short read and things tended to escalate pretty quickly. There were also quite a few grammatical errors throughout the book and some repetitive language used but that didn’t stop me from flying through this. At times the MMC Alex did make me cringe a bit but once again it stemmed from not feeling a connection to his character which could’ve been different if I had read he first 2 books from the series 🤷🏽♀️
Overall, it was an enjoyable read and I would recommend to my girls who like a good smutty novel!!
Emoji’s I would use to describe this book: 📸 🎥👊🏽🩸👅🫦💧🙄
Until You by Nicole Waterhouse 🩵💦🌊 I was provided this wonderful ARC by Nicole Waterhouse and April Lipari, and I am so so so thankful! I loved this read. I breezed through it, and if it hadn’t been for sleep or work, I would have read it in one sitting.
The spice was impeccable, as well as Nina and her dramatic past. Bad boy Alex took some time to grow on me as he was a bit of a bully in the past, but I appreciated his redemption arc and the way he loved and defended Nina so fiercely. I would happily read book two and three of this couple’s story. It was that good and spicy.
Lastly, yes…I’ve come to love a romantic suspense plot. This book could have been dozens of pages longer, and I would have loved to fully grasp more detail within this story regarding the couple’s past encounters, and battle to safety and security.
My rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.5 / 5 STARS
The tropes: ✨ Curvy FMC ✨ Small Town Romance ✨ Touch Her & Die Vibes ✨ Enemies to Lovers ✨ HEA
Until You is the third book in the Bay Night Series and follows Nina who is escaping from an abusive relationship and heading back to her hometown of Bay Night to be around old friends as well as start over. Alex is amongst the friends that Nina is hanging out with and although she is not looking for a new relationship Alex can't seem to suppress his feelings for Nina which brings on some great banter between both characters. Alex is very attentive and is everything Nina needs especially with how protective he is of her. This story touches on very real subjects, and it was done very well although it was a fast read, I truly enjoyed it. I suggest reading all trigger warnings before starting this story, but it is a recommended read. I have not read the first two books in this series which might have helped to get a little more background about side characters, but this story was not hard to follow. I will definitely be going back and reading the other books in the series.
Alex and Damon are up there in book boyfriends with me! He was amazing and protective of his girl! Him and Nina had a love/hate relationship with a side of banter that everyone loves!
Nina used to be this feisty and outgoing lawyer til some needle…d.. made her feel less than, enter in Alex the one who makes her feel so many emotions that she doesn’t believe that he would want her because of the emotional and physical abuse her ex left her in.
Alex is the one who wanted her since high school but they would banter and he didn’t make it clear that he wanted her… till he did.
When he did they were fire! Nicole I loved this book! I loved how he protected her from things that hurt her. She forgot who tf she was, but Alex reminded her and I love how he was always on her side no matter what!
The spice was spicy and the book was amazing! I can’t wait for grumpy Brody!
This was a good book! I enjoyed reading it, on the whole. I felt like, for the length, the pacing was really good, and I enjoyed the writing style and the characters. My only complaint was that it felt a little predictable; like almost a cookie-cutter timeline. But that didn’t necessarily take away from the world, or the characters at all! Again, I enjoyed this book! And I really liked how Alex and Nina were able to find each other and trust each other, despite their history! I didn’t fall in love with it, but I still enjoyed it, and I would still recommend this book and the whole series!
ARC Review of Until You by Nicole Waterhouse Available now!
⭐️⭐️⭐️.5
I definitely enjoyed this one better than the last one in the series, but it still felt a little rushed. I'm not a huge fan of slow burn, but this was a little too instant. I feel like there wasn't enough build-up or banter in the beginning, and then BAM, they were a couple. It's a short book (less than 200 pages), so I get it, and I did enjoy it after I got over that.
It's a nice quick read that is fast-paced. I definitely recommend it if you like:
If you want books that are quick, to the point, and spicy Nicole is your girl!! Alex gives Nina a hard time, but secrets out he really just was crushing on her. Nina has been through hell and back. She just wants to isolate herself, except Alex won’t leave her alone. He wants nothing more than to bring out the fire she once had. He wants to protect her. He wants to love her.
This book is fast paced, but as novella it should be! We get glimpses of their past but we also see their love bloom. They have known each other for so long that the fast pace feels natural. This book does talk a lot about domestic violence so please read with caution.
Until You was such a sweet and quick read! Alex Washburn knew what he wanted and decided it was time to go after it. They might not have gotten along in the past but now that she’s back in their home town he is determined to make Nina his! Nina comes home a shell of her former self and her only goal is to try and be her old self again and Alex is absolutely not in that plan. This book showed a man that would do anything to protect his girl and ensure her safety. It was also super low on drama which I really appreciated! It is definitely a must read!
There’s nothing I love more than two characters resisting their deepest desires until fate dramatically pulls them together. For Nina, the past six months have been nothing short of traumatic, while Alex realizes that Nina is everything he’s ever wanted, driving him to protect her at all costs.
I was absolutely captivated by Nina and Alex’s story, and this series just keeps getting better with every book!
Thank you @author_nicolewaterhouse for including me in your reader team. I can’t wait to continue supporting a fellow Mainer! 🖤
Wow!! I have always loved the bay night series but this one is probably my favorite!! It does touch on some darker things but you get an amazing ending!! I love Nina. You meet her in the other two books and small glimpses into who she is but this book you really get to know her.. I love how after all life has thrown at her she comes back and stands tall. Alex…now he’s is truly amazing!! I always found him the funny playboy but man he is way more!! Definitely read books 1&2 of the bay night series before this one!! Oh and spice 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️!! again this one is probably my favorite!!!!
Alex and Nina have a funny relationship full of tension and banter. Nina has moved back home after ending a horrible relationship. She the support of there friends and is starting over. However Alex knows how to get under her skin and cause her to think unclearly. The story touches on DV so take care of yourself mentally. The story follows a curvy fmc and a male mm who will do anything to protect what is his. I love a series where old characters I love make a reappearance great story both tragic and wonderful.
While I hadn’t read Bay Night 1 & 2, I was instantly sucked into Nina & Alex’s story with all the banter. I don’t think this subject could have been written any better (check the trigger warnings.) Alex was truly everything Nina needed to not just be a shell of herself anymore.
We got glimpses of these two during the previous books so ive been curious to see what was going on behind the scenes ans yes it was worth the wait because these two clearly are perfect for each other. Both characters had their flaws/issues and with the help of the other were able to overcome it and help each other out both in the open and behind closed doors for sure (the steamy moments were very appreciated tehe).
ARC Review: My first of her books and I immediately want to go back and read more. This was a quick read that packed plenty of spice and story into it.
I loved the strong FMC story line that sometimes left Nina down, but never out. She fought for herself, even if that meant running for a bit.
Also.. can I meet Alex in real life? 6’5”, full of muscles, and protective? Yes, please.
