Darkness is rising again, growing its power to defeat what little light is left. The great divine goddess has called me back. Claiming I am the only one powerful enough to retrieve the heart stones and restore balance to our world. I fear she has chosen wrong. I don't feel powerful, I feel like I'm crumbling at the seams. I have to trust in her judgment that it's true.

Let me start off by saying this was one amazing story. It is as unique and intriguing as it dives into a world that has so many mythical creatures. It is jammed packed with action, drama, suspense, and a tiny bit of mystery. We meet goddess of light, Estrella. Right out the gate she shows us how strong she is. We meet so many great characters. However, there are a few mates I feel that I would have like to see more interactions between them. The only other than was some of the guys names were so close to each other that it was at times easy to get them confused. Otherwise, the story is extremely well written and developed. The ending of this book was major. We are left with an extreme cliffhanger. I absolutely cannot wait to see what happens next.

What a way to start a series!!! Estrella and her mates jumped off the page!!
There is so much love and loss in this story, and it instantly pulled me in! Josslyn Leach has a knack for writing heroines that are so beautifully broken and incredibly strong. Estrella is no exception! The spice was absolutely delicious, as always, but the story is where this one shines!! Each relationship with Estrella is so well thought out. From her friends, to her mates, it was truly a pleasure to read and get to know the entire family. The ending took me completely by surprise, and left me wanting more!!!!
As with all of her books, I am (not so) patiently awaiting the rest of this series.

Fantastic!!
I loved this book! It’s so spicy! I can’t even imagine having so many mates! The story is also really good! I love the whole concept of light versus darkness. I can’t wait to see what happens in the next book! What a cliffhanger!!

Really loved this book. The world building really draws you in. The characters are great. I loved all the different personalities and the close nit bonds. And ohhh the spice is very nice. If you’re in to fantasy RH this is a must read.

Wow! Such good world building and captivating story that had me devouring this book in one sitting! Once the spice hit, oooh did I need cooling down. I absolutely need the next book!

I really enjoyed this book, it seems like a great start to what's shaping up to be a fantastic series. Who doesn't love a large harem!!!! I cantwait for book two.

I did not that I would enjoy this book as much as I did. This book packs a punch. There was so much loss and grief from the very beginning but as the story progressed and our heroine realized that not all was lost, we see her slowing coming into her own.
This was a spicy one. So, if spice is not your thing, then move along. The pages were literally on fire. with our FMC having 13 mates and has good amount of sword crossing you know you're in for some good times.
The story can get confusing in the beginning because we have our FMC being reborn after her and her original mates perished over 150 years ago and now, she's back trying to understand what is needed of her. You have to pay attention to the names of her mates because the names they had 150 years ago are not the same as the new names they were reborn with. In the battle against Light and Dark our FMC has a job to do and she will need the aid and support from all of her mates to achieve the very thing she failed to do 150 years ago. Destroy the Darkness and the King that wields its power as well as every evil thing that goes bump in the night.

Brought back to fix the balance between light and dark, Ella (Estrella) is the goddess of light and thought to have lost her mates and her life in the last battle. A lot has happened and the learning curve can definitely get in the way, with the aid of her besties fifty years after her death and their mates, yep I said mates as in plural, she must find herself again to fix the damage left from the past as the darkness seems to be retiring. Little did she know her mates and then some might not be as lost to her as she thought. Spice level: 4. Let’s just say all the mates get to have their fun. Can’t wait for book two!!

Strong yet Soft.
If you're looking for a new romantasy story full of great world building, with the story matching the spice, this is the book for you.
Estrella is such a great lead character, in spite of her experiences she soft as she is strong.
The relationships are what are the standout for this story. All interactions between the characters are not only well developed, but relatable and believable.
I'm so excited for book two in this series, I can't wait.

Reborn from Ember is a why-choose fantasy that follows the journey Ella must take to save her people.
From the beginning, I was enthralled with the story. I couldn't put this book down and was so sad when it ended.
This book held my attention from the start, and Josslyn Leach does an amazing job keeping readers captivated by all the wisted unknowns.
I can't wait to continue this series, and I highly recommend this book!!

I loved the detail in this book from the fantastic world build, the mixture of characters and even the little map illustration at the start (I appreciate these when trying to visualise fantasy worlds in books)
Estrella is a strong MFC who is a very busy lady, wait til you read all her mates 🔥
I'm eager to see what occurs in book 2 after that ***slight*** cliffy at the end!

Summary: where are my tissues
This book will have your emotions going all over the place. You will go through the lows along with highs. It even brought tears to my eyes. This has such a build up for what is to come and leaves you on a major cliffhanger. Hope next book comes out soon.
