This was deliciously hawt reverse harem rock romance. Eddie had an overpowering father even at twenty-three so finally going against his wishs she goes to her favorite band’s concert and finds a lot more than she bargained for.
All three of the band members gave Eddie what she’s been missing her whole life. They treated as more than a groupie and they all got their HEA in the end. Totally hawt insta love romance.

So we got Eddie and her boys, rock stars Bram, Draven and Lucien. She slips away from her family diner with her father feeling suffocated, a complete disgraced and not enough and goes to her favorite rock band's concert...she has a blast of a time through the concert and she has a moment with their lead singer Bram. After goes to the after party where things start to get interesting.
Been rescued by a recluse by Bram and the boys, she ends up in a heated encounter with Bram in the bathroom and land herself with all 3 of them in their tour bus. Luciel(guitarist) and Draven(drummer) equally smitten by her , along with Bram , will show her how special and important is to them by divulging in numerous smexy times , cuddles, kisses, caring etc. Will she be so important for them enough to get away from her dad's grasp or will she fall deeper in despair and agony and disappointment?
Been a book about 3 rock stars and their girl, one expects to see really hot scenes, scorching hot smexy times and hard love(that doesn't mean without love, care, sweetness etc). But it was somewhat blunt, dry and indifferent..... Well for my liking and expectations. I do understand is a short read and a part of an anthology but I didn't feel it. Not the rock stars, not the why choose, not their connection . I expected more , so much more. I couldn't connect with Eddie at all neither with Bram, Draven or Luciel.
I was sad bc it's the second book I pushed my self to read till the end and thanked God it was this short. I hope the rest of the anthology has more umph , more thrill , more of everything missing this one. I tated 2stars bc I feel really awful leaving a bad review already so I won't rate it less. I'm really sorry.

If you ever loved a celebrity/rockstar then this will bring back all those wild obsessive memories. The author did a fabulous job pulling out all those wishful moments where you lock eyes with your crush and everything else fades away feelings here. It's spicy and fun with a bit of a cliffhanger that leaves you ready for more.

His parents have changed things a lot at home with many renovations. Rory’s brothers Finn and Lyle are still are around. They are living in their homes. Rory’s house has been totally redone on the family’s property. Lilly is the family Bernese mountain dog and she constantly barks at the house guests, construction workers, delivery guy etcetera. Rory’s parents have had it with Lilly and states that she needs to be re-homed. Rory state that she is such a good dog and doesn’t wanted her re-home. Rory has come to the conclusion after an event that Lilly is in need of a dog trainer. Rory enlists the help of Hunter who is a dog trainer who has a dislike for the limelight of celebrities. Hunter likes working with the rich and famous because she knows that they will pay her handsomely. When the two meet Hunter calls Rory Jack the lumber jack and he doesn’t bother to correct her. The two are very much attracted to each other.
Can Hunter help Rory with Lilly’s constant barking, how will Hunter feel when she learns of Rory deception, did Rory really deceive Hunter, is there an HEA in store for Rory and Hunter?
I received an ARC via Booksprout and I am leaving my review voluntarily.
I'm somewhat conflicted with this book because, although it has a good premise, the writing is choppy and transitions are not smooth. There is a need for an editor for word choice and grammar. When the boys are splitting logs, Hunter is impressed with their physique and the job that they do. She remarks that there's a lot of kindle (meaning kindling) on the ground, which is something an editor or beta reader should have found right away. Rory Winslow is a rockstar who's gotten himself in trouble as a bad boy, something that has followed him from high school to the present. He's home to lie low for a while and stay out of trouble. At this point in the book, there are a couple of scenes that come out of nowhere and take the story down a strange path. There's a fangirl neighbor who wants him to sign her boob and the mother says, "Go to your cabin," but she's quick to point out that her husband and daughter are going fishing tomorrow and suggests that Rory visit her in her cabin. It took me a while to get back into the story and be able to concentrate. Hunter Marley is a dog trainer who has been called to help with the family's "excited" (out of control) dog, Lilly. She's 14 years old and has started barking at strangers. When Rory meets Hunter and she doesn't recognize him, he gives her a fake name, Jack. That becomes a bone of contention because, of course, Hunter is going to learn the truth. When she does, she walks away and it's up to Rory to win her heart all over again.
In the “Mic Drop Anthology”, I selected “Her Rock Star Mountain Man” by Ella Braeme to give you a sample of one of the stories gathered in this anthology.
*** Reviewing “Her Rock Star Mountain Man” by Ella Braeme *** Rory Winslow has become a rock star. But when he comes home to Elken Grove when his lifestyle starts getting too much negative public attention, his mother brings up the fact that she is unhappy that their dog Lilly has suddenly started barking at people for no apparent reason. And it’s now annoying enough that his parents are considering finding another home for the dog. Rory won’t hear of that and decides to get a trainer to work on the problem.
Dog trainer Hunter Marley meets Rory who asks her to call him “Jack” since she didn’t seem to act as if she knew him and he wanted to hide his identity from her so he could relax. It doesn’t take long for her to realize Lilly needs her help. Will the fact that Hunter always lives with the client so she can be with the pet she is training end up causing some “anxiety” in Rory adjusting to his new houseguest? Will she identify Lilly’s issue and fix the problem while she gets to know Rory much better? Will she feel betrayed that he hid his identity from her? Or will the two of them ultimately stumble into a HEA together despite the mess they occasionally make of things?
*Review for Screaming For The Rockstars by Audrey Bell*
This is the only book I have read in this Anthology so far. If this novella gives us a glimpse of what is to come…this anthology will be worth every penny.
I absolutely loved this novella. While I wished it was longer, I throughly enjoyed this smexy dream come true story. While what Eddie fantasized for years about the three rockstars of her favorite band, was something that she never expected to be a reality. I loved that she was able to finally see them in concert and the three rockstars were quick to realize they had found the one they were meant to be with.
I loved that they were patient with her and also supportive of her. I loved that they didn’t hesitate to continue to prove to her that she was more than just a groupie to them.
“Every time she flashes those big brown eyes, I swear my brain leaks out my ears.” This was one of my favorite lines of this story and caused me to love the rockstars even more.
I haven’t read anything by this author before but I am so excited to read more of her work! I was provided an advanced readers copy. These thoughts and opinions are my own.
I read the novella, Screaming for the Rockstars by Audrey Bell *Five Stars, Five Chilis*
This is a quick rockstar romance, heavy on delicious smut with a bit of semi resolved angst tossed in. As I don't do spoilers, you'll have to read it yourself, but I will say that rockstars knew the one, while she saw them as "her rockstars" (think meeting your favorite band as opposed to the love of your life), until they proved to her that she was more than a fan. (trust me, you still need to read it yourself.)
As with all novella romances, (and most longer books) I found a few questions, but they were the "shut it brain and enjoy the story."
The smut is fantastic, and was presented in a imaginative way at the first encounter.
Author Audrey Bell will tell you in most of her descriptions that these are short books, designed to be allowed to let you escape for a bit. "Screaming for My Rockstars" allows that.
I really enjoyed the book, and will be reading more of her library, (she seems to have something for everyone) and was honored by the chance to read this ARC.
I read the novella in this collection called Her Mountain Rockstar.
Her Rockstar Mountain Man is a standalone contemporary romance by Ella Braeme, and is book two of the Elken Grove Mountain Men series. This is a pretty quick read, should only take an hour or so. It's the perfect getaway from reality.
This story is such a fun, whirlwind romance. Touching on tropes such as: falling for the rockstar, falling for the Mountain Man, mistaken/secret identity, small town romance.
I really enjoyed this book. Rory is a rockstar, but he is also a mountain man at heart, and I enjoyed the overwhelming feelings of security and family that comes through as Rory tries his best to help his old dog. Hunter is a dog trainer and doesn't realise who Rory is, she just thinks he's an ordinary bloke. In fact, Hunter was looking forward to working for someone who is ordinary. These two have more than a few miscommunications to work through, all with the delightful dog Lilly at their side.

Insta hot tamale! Eddie meets her favorite rockstars and it’s a perfect orgasmic love fest. Bram’s supremely confident possession, Lucien’s dirty mouth, and Draven’s gigantic personality are all she needs to live her dream. This is short, but filled with emotion, spice, and an intense connection between them. The sharing is so dang good, Eddie’s sweet disposition and her responsiveness creates a sense of intimacy and love, and these larger than life rockstars are mesmerized by her. Audrey Bell did a fantastic job developing their budding relationship and each character’s personality with dialogue and narrative that was efficiently executed, erotic, and engaging. Loved it!.

This review is for "Her Rock Star Mountain Man" by Ella Braeme. Although I love to read everything “mountain man”, this just didn’t quite click for me in that category. Somehow, I couldn’t imagine a big mountain man as a rock star, in fact, I can’t think of any rock stars that fit that image, Now, had he been a country star…maybe. What I liked about Rory was his love for his dog, which is where Hunter comes in. She’s a dog trainer who he hopes she can help him stop Lilly from incessantly barking. Yet, when they meet Rory gives Hunter a fake name and although I understood why he lied, it’s not the best way to start a relationship. So, can I just say it’s definitely not a bad book, it just didn’t do it for me. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
Hot, steamy and enticing. Draven, Bram and Lucien make up the band Cemetery Scream and Eddie just so happens to be one of their oldest fans. As soon as their eyes meet at their concert and then see her at the bar these men know that she is the one to complete them. This was a short but fun read. I truly enjoyed it.
Her Rockstar Mountain Man by Ella Braeme
Hunter is called to help with a family dog whose behavior has shifted for some unknown reason. While she is staying on the property to observe her client's dog she meets their youngest son, Rory. However, he goes by Jack to keep a low profile while he is at home away from the spotlight. Their story is charming and the moments between them were fun and exciting to read.

A collection of Rock star romances. With a wide variety of stories you are sure to find more than one that will tickle your fancy and make you need a cold shower after.
If Screaming for the Rock Stars by Audrey Bell is anything to go by, then this book is going to be epic.
I’ve only read the 1 story so far 🔥🔥🔥 But, Wow, off the charts hot and steamy reverse harem rock star romance. Full of lots of smexy times and over the top alpha males.
So if this story is anything to go by, your kindle is sure to spontaneously combust and you’re going to enjoy every steamy moment.
I received a complimentary copy of Screaming for the Rocks Stars and I give my honest review voluntarily, which wasn’t hard to give at all.
Mic Drop is a limited edition contemporary romance anthology full of rockstar stories and I was lucky to be able to read Tainted Heart by Tich Brewster.
Tainted Heart like most of what I’ve read by Tich had me hooked! These characters are so fun and if you’re a fan of her Ever Blue series then you know what I’m talking about. This story goes together with that series like salt and pepper. And if you haven’t read that series yet after you read Tainted Heart I would recommend giving it a try…you won’t regret it.
But back to Tainted Heart this one is quick but it doesn’t skip in the steam and overall story. It was cute and had me falling in love with the MMC and FMC right from the start. I need more from this story. Tainted Heart is the beginning of what’s going to be a beautiful amazing rockstar romance!
Her Rock Star Mountain Man by Ella Braeme is cute and fun story that was a delight to get lost in as you follow Hunter and Rory as they follow their hearts.
Rory is a rock star whose bad boy image finally caught up to him. Now he is back home to stay out view and trouble. When the family dog starts interfering with his parents' business, Rory decides to hire a trainer.
Hunter enjoys her job as a trainer, but working with the wealthy has become too much. So, when she gets to work with a down to earth guy, she is happy.
Rory and Hunter have a great connection, and the path to their HEA is sweet with a bit of deceit. Wonderful lazy day read.

This anthology includes 6 short rockstar stories from 6 different authors.
This review is for 'Screaming for the Rock Stars' by Audrey Bell.
Little did Eddie know that when she sneaks out to see her favourite band - Cemetery Scream - her life would be changed forever. Eddie meets Bram, Draven and Lucien at an after party and instantly the chemistry bounces off the page, the insta-lust is tangible. These guys go on to show her that she is worthy and deserves to be loved.
My favourite quote: "I craved that feeling of freedom I had when I was with Bram, Draven, and Lucien."
This is a quick sweet read with great characters, low on angst and high on spice.
This review is for the novella "Screaming for the Rock Stars"; one of the 6 stories in the book. This was a fun quick read that confirms all your secret fantasies about what rock bands get up to on the road. This scorcher prioritizes the spice and skimps a little on the plot, but with novellas, it's all about priorities. The characters are pretty one dimensional, but when the premise is about running away with the rockstars you've idolized since you were young, that's not really the point. This is dessert. I prefer a little more dinner first, but you can't say no to dessert. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
This review is for the story Screaming for the Rock Stars by Audrey Bell, which I really enjoyed.
A quick read, but it was a very complete story. Told from different POV’s, but we only get a bit of a backstory from Edwina (Eddie). There are a lot of steamy scenes between Eddie and her three rock stars Bram, Draven and Lucien, of the rock band Cemetery Scream. I loved that Eddie took her life in her own hands and chose her happiness!
I received an arc of this story, this is my voluntary and honest opinion.
This review is for Screaming for the Rock Stars, part of the Mic Drop Anthology. I really loved this story. As a young star struck teenager growing up idolising your favourite rock stars and just wishing to meet them. This story takes it that one step further as a young woman dreams of meeting her idols and all that steamy chemistry entails. Wonderful story, amazing characters and all the deliciousness of a rock star story. Will be going back to read the other stories within this Anthology.
This review is for Her Rock Star Mountain Man by Ella Braeme
This is a short, fast paced story with strong characters in Hunter and Rory. The author takes you into their lives when he hires her to train his dog. There are misunderstandings, miscommunication and a mistaken identity they will need to get through on their way to a HEA. It's well written with descriptive scenes and is an entertaining story.
I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book. All opinions in this review are my own and are freely given.
Rory is a rock star who got in trouble and was sent home to stay low-key for a while. Upon arriving home, he discovers that Lilly, his dog, is acting differently. He decides to get a dog trainer. Enter Hunter, the dog trainer. Hunter has decided she doesn't want anything to do with celebrities as they are evil. Rory keeps his true identity a secret as he is falling for her from the beginning. Will she be able to forgive him of his lies?.

I’ve only read Audrey Bell’s Screaming for the Rock Stars, but ooh dang… it’s a HOT short story. Somewhat repressed girl finally meets her rock idols and it’s lust/love at first sight for all four (FMMM) of them! Lots of spice for such a short story, but also some emotion thrown in there for balance. I’m not sure if there’ll be more from Eddie and Cemetery Scream, but I’d take it… especially more Draven!
Light hearted. Lots of family chaos. Through it all, Rory and Hunter get to know each other and fall in love. Choices need to be made after Rory’s true identity is revealed. What is significant in Hunter’s life? What and who becomes a priority? Nice that supporting characters play such a role in their lives.

Tainted Heart is a cute, fun and quick read, that'll have you hooked and craving more. While this is only a short, Tich gives you just enough of these characters to have you invested in their story a hundred percent.
Its like every woman's fantasy, one night no strings with your favorite Rockstar, like I said EVERY. WOMANS. FANTASY.
On the edge of my seat waiting for this full story.
This review is specifically for the entry by Audrey Bell - Screaming for the Rockstars. It was a short, but oh so satisfying read. Who doesn't have a fantasy about hooking up with a rock star after a concert? Eddie has the good fortune to hook up with all 3 members of the band for a night she'll never forget!
Whew, this book was super hot. You'll need a fan and a cold drink!
Wow what a fast moving amazing story, something we've all dreamed about as young girls meeting and falling in love with your favourite rock star For Brianna this becomes reality . I loved it I felt every word and at the end of their night together I felt sad , my heart hurts for her and how she misses a man she only met once, but once was enough for her to fall and fall hard Cant wait for the next book .
Another enjoyable read from Ella Braeme. It’s a quick read with some steam. As a musician, I enjoyed the musical elements. Their names confused me sometimes. Her name was Hunter & his name was Rory, but in my head, it kept flipping. Other than that, it was a great read with a HEA.

I read Tich Brewster’s Tainted Heart and it was so good!
Hooked me, sank its claws deep and you bet your bootay I’ll be bugging for more!! The emotions that took over while reading this, very fast and hard…in a good way. I love Tich’s EverBlue Heroes series and this, while you don’t have to read the series, fits right in with it. Cannot wait for more!!!!
