This book may be considered the sequel to Theory of Ion Flow Dynamics, in which the fundamentals of ion flow dynamics were developed. The application of the theory to various technological branches with spe- cial emphasis on space is advanced in this book. The applications may be subdivided according to a large number of criteria. Thus, the nuclear energy may be released by the following three processes: fission, fusion, and mass annihilation. This is the chronological sequence, since it is associated with the difficulty of solution of the related problems.
