Bubbles … champagne, challenges, and spa treatments at The Beach House Hotel ... Rhonda and Ann are touched when they learn members of a small book club have saved for a long time to be able to spend a week at the Beach House Hotel. They arrange to put the five women in one of the two private homes on the property and promise to give them all the bubbles each one has requested as a surprise for the others. Things become complicated when Vice-President Amelia Swanson requests the use of the other house for two of her staffers who need time to rest and write up reports for her. Ann and Rhonda continue to survive surprises good and bad in both business and in their private lives by working together to keep their guests happy. Another of Judith Keim’s series books celebrating love and families, strong women meeting challenges, and clean women’s fiction with a touch of romance—beach reads for all ages with a touch of humor, satisfying twists, and happy endings.
Judith Keim, A USA Today Best Selling Author, is a hybrid author who both has a publisher and self-publishes. Ms. Keim writes heart-warming novels about women who face unexpected challenges, meet them with strength, and find love and happiness along the way, stories with heart. Her best-selling books are based, in part, on many of the places she's lived or visited and on the interesting people that she's met, creating believable characters and realistic settings her many loyal readers love.
She enjoyed her childhood and young-adult years in Elmira, New York, and now makes her home in Boise, Idaho, with her husband and their two dachshunds, Kacy and Wally, and other members of her family.

All in her family shared information from the books in general conversation, giving them a wealth of knowledge and vivid imaginations.
Ms. Keim loves to hear from her readers and appreciates their enthusiasm for her stories.
Bubbles at the Beach House Hotel is the tenth book in the Beach House Hotel Series. A new story taking place at the Beach House Hotel is a bit like going home to catch up with old friends, as well as making new friends.
Members of a small book club are arriving at the hotel. The women saved money for a really long time in order to stay at the hotel, and Rhonda and Ann have them staying in one of the private homes located on the property. However, things become a bit challenging when Vice President Amelia Swanson wants to use the house next to the women in the book club for two of her staffers. As fans of the series know, any time the VP asks for a favor, there will be unexpected twists and turns to the story!
The story that unfolds is well-written and the characters pull you into their world as if you're staying at the hotel with them. I absolutely loved this story, and I especially loved the five women in the book club! The bond they have with one another is pure joy to witness.
Judith Keim almost always has an underlying and positive message in her stories. The message in this story is about trying to find that work/life balance. More importantly, it's about taking time to just breathe and regroup. Rhonda and Ann are strong, female lead characters balancing running their hotel while dealing with their own day to day family lives. Their priority is always the happiness of their guests, but at the same time, not letting that interfere with their personal lives. I think the key to their overall success is the fact that they treat their guests as if they are family. After all, family is so important to the characters in this series.
Overall, this is another great addition to the series! I thoroughly enjoyed meeting the new cast of characters that stayed at the hotel! Each one has left an impression on me! I will be patiently waiting to see who arrives at the hotel in the next book!
I received an ARC from the author. My views are my own and are in no way influenced by anyone else.
I love The Beach House series, but needed more from this one. Bubbles at the Beach House is number 10 in the series and I felt there was too much repetition telling readers who everyone was and how they connected. I needed the individual stories to come to conclusions ie. what ended up happening to Arthur? Are Will + Reggie ok? Brock usually in many more scenes causing havoc…I hope everything will be wrapped up in book 11. I’m not sure despite all the repetition I would consider book 10 a stand alone since readers were left hanging on every front.
Judith Keim 's Bubbles at the Beach House Hotel had me wondering if some crazy guest had filled the pool with bubbles or a bubble machine malfunctioned at a wedding reception but it was different kinda bubbles all together. The bubbly fizzy champagne kind! Five very different women from a book club went all out and rented one of the gorgeous homes belonging to the hotel. The owners of the hotel Rhonda and Ann welcomed the ladies, getting to know them as they shared a glass of champagne with them. The other house was rented out by two single men who worked for the Vice President of the United States. The VP sent the men down for a little R and R. The men, met the ladies on the beach and they soon found they all had lots in common. Rhonda was really excited about the two groups getting together. She teased Ann that she would be playing matchmaker again to Ann's dismay. Rhonda's husband Will was hiding something from her. Will worked as a financial advisor with his son-in-law Reggie. Reggie's father Arthur always wanted his son to work for him. There had always been tension between the three of them but now that Arthur had moved to Florida and had an office in Will's building, there was an escalation in that tension. When Arthur was led away by the police in handcuffs, everyone was shocked. That's just a back story in Ann and Rhonda's life at the Beach House Hotel. Ann & Rhonda's nemesis Brock, continued harassing the ladies. Brock as president of the homeowners association continued to torment the ladies. Ann's daughter Liz called her Mom crying. Ann thought something had happened to one of Liz & Chad's three yr. old triplets, but was totally surprised by her daughter when Liz finally was able to tell her why she was crying. Ann's husband Vaughn, the star of TV and movies was away on location again filming a new movie. When he finally is able to come home it's like being newlyweds all over again! Rhonda and Ann work extremely hard to make new wonderful ideas come to life at their Beach House Hotel!!
There is always mayhem, mystery, comedy and love at the Beach House Hotel. You'll want to start reading the series with the first book, Breakfast at the Beach House Hotel....once you start reading you will want to read every wonderful book in this series. Judith Keim is an excellent story teller!
Bubbles at the Beach House Hotel is the delightful 10th installment in Judith Keim's beloved Beach House Hotel series. Once again, Keim delivers a heartwarming story filled with laughter, romance, and the ever-present charm of the Beach House Hotel. As a long-time fan of both Keim's writing and the series, I always look forward to the chance to catch up with Rhonda and Ann, two of my favorite characters. With each book, it feels like reconnecting with old friends.
In this latest addition, the Beach House Hotel is hosting a group of book club members who have saved for a long time to enjoy a week of relaxation. Their stay is made even more special by the bubbly surprise of champagne ordered daily for each member of the group. Things get interesting when two staffers for the vice president of the United States, sent for a much-needed break, arrive to stay in a second private house on the property. Romance is in the air as two of the book club members are drawn to the staffers, adding a touch of sweet drama to the mix.
As always, the antics of Brock, the overly ambitious HOA president, provide plenty of fodder for Rhonda and Ann’s sharp one-liners, offering much-needed comic relief throughout the story. Keim’s writing shines as she masterfully balances lighthearted moments with deeper themes of friendship, love, and the challenges of running a business.
I listened to this book on audio, and Angela Dawe’s narration was the perfect companion to this series. Her portrayal of Rhonda is priceless, and her voice brings an added layer of warmth and humor to the characters’ interactions. The audiobook was truly a pleasure to listen to.
Overall, Bubbles at the Beach House Hotel is a charming, sweet read that will leave you smiling. If you're a fan of cozy, feel-good stories with a dash of romance and a whole lot of heart, you’ll love this book. Perfect for fans of the series and newcomers alike, it offers a satisfying conclusion with its typical mix of humor, heartfelt moments, and a happy ending.
It is always fun going back to the Beach House Hotel. This is part of a series, and if you read the series, you will discover what this place was like back when, Rhonda and Ann saw it for the first time. The Beach House Hotel has its own journey, as well as the owners, and the people who come here. In Bubbles at the Beach House Hotel, we meet five women who are members of a small book club. They have been saving a long time to come here. We also meet a couple who, the wife, was there a year ago, as part of a pampered Mom to be, that the Beach House Hotel was trying, and is back with her husband, after being parents for almost a year. There are many guests who come here, and each one brings so much to the story. It is a busy place, with people bringing their own security, people wanting privacy, some with secrets, a small group that formed a book group, single men. There is just something magical that happens here, that connects people, and when Ann was talking to a woman who had a baby 10 months ago, and was so tired, she took her to the beach, and they walked in the warm sand, and walked to the edge of the ocean and Ann told her to close her eyes, and listen and feel. Once she did, she felt grounded again. It is the little things that sometimes helps the most. Brock has been in every store, but it is really a magical place because he was so annoying, and he has mellowed out a lot. I always learn something from Judith Keim's books and this one I learned, or it was a reminder, that when I get stressed out, stop and take a moment to get myself grounded once again. The book is for every generation, because it has young people, people starting a family, empty nesters, grandparents, and I like that I can understand them all. Life gets stressful at times, and this book whisked me away to Florida, and washed my stress away. I received an ARC from Judith Keim, and I have preordered the book. Sometimes, I have to have certain books in print form as well as an ebook.
It's time to go back to the Beach House Hotel for the latest adventures of Ann and Rhoda. I've gotten to know them so well during this series that it feels like spending time with old friends. This time around they have a book club group of five amazing women, two men who work for the Vice President, several weddings and problems in their personal lives. They both have to try to learn to control their work/life balance because even though they know that their families are the most important part of their lives, the happiness of the people at their hotel - both staff and guests, are a high priority.
Ann and Rhoda are thrilled to find out that one of their private houses has been rented by a book club made up of 5 long time friends who have been saving for a long time to enjoy their vacation together. The club is made up of very diverse women - one married her high school boyfriend, one was in her second marriage, one in the process of divorce, another who was divorced from a mentally abusive man and a widow who wasn't interested in ever finding another man. When two men who worked for their friend the VP rented the house next door, they immediately began some matchmaking. Will any of the book club members find their happily ever after? Ann and Rhonda do their best to make it happen.
As their daughters become more involved in working with the hotel on special events, both Ann and Rhonda begin to see that the time is coming for them to turn the Beach House Hotel over to the next generation but both of them agree that they are having too much fun for that transition to happen any time soon.
Readers can always depend on Judith Keim to give them a book about strong woman in great locations. This series has another plus for me because the women are older and have a lot of life experience. So pack your bags and head to Florida for a stay at the Beach House Hotel...you're going to love it!
What is better than a book club, one that is vacationing at The Beach House Hotel. Five women have saved up to spend a couple weeks at the hotel and meeting the charming Ann and Rhonda and being treated like Queens is a thrill for them and being in their own private cottage is a double thrill. But for Ann and Rhonda there is always a fly in the sand... The VP Amelia Swanson has asked them to put up a couple of her aids for a couple of weeks. So that's what they do. As they are old pro's at these circumstances they take it in their stride and with their superb staff, they can pull off anything at The Beach House Hotel, even when their nemesis Brock is sniffing around and causing trouble. It's all in a days work...
I just love that Judith Keim keeps come back with delightful books about this hotel and creates such wonderful characters who soon become family to the hotel. She gives us romance, love, family and friends at each turn of the page. The welcome mat is always out at The Beach House Hotel with the smiling Ann and Rhonda to welcome you. Cheers to who will be the next to be greeted by the pair.
I was given an ARC of this book by the author for my honest review.
Rhonda and Ann are partners and owners of the Beach House Hotel. It’s known for good food, privacy, great service and wonderful staff. Rhonda and Ann are having a group of five women who are in a book club staying for the first time. Each woman has a story of their own. Some are married and some are single. They have been friends for years. The women meet the two fellas next door and all become friends, while two of the single ladies are drawn to these kind, single and nice men. Will matchmaker, Rhonda give them a little push? Rhonda has been known for her matchmaking ways. The women have no idea that they work for the VP of the United States. Will the single ladies be upset when they find out who they work for? What will they think? Will they continue seeing each other after they leave the hotel? Will these wonderful guest become part of the hotel family? There is some twist and turns in the story. The characters are wonderful. I love all of the characters throughout the story. Judith Keim makes you feel like you’re right there with them. I just didn’t want to put the book down. Great series. I received this book for my honest review. I give it voluntarily.
Bubbles at the Beach House Hotel continues one of my favorite fiction series. I love Ann and Rhonda and the way they care for their own families and how they run their business. I love the concept of what they call their hotel family. Five women from a book club saved a long time to come to Beach House Hotel. The Vice President needs another favor, exhausted moms can be pampered and life rolls on at this busy establishment. I love that Ann gets grounded when she walks on the beach, closes her eyes and just is. (It is a good reminder to take a minute from your own life to be still.) There are some bumps and twists, of course, and Brock is always trying to stir up trouble. I finished the book far too quickly because I love reconnecting with the regulars at Beach House Hotel. I highly recommend the entire series. I was provided an advance copy of the book, but this opinion is my own.
I thoroughly enjoyed this tenth book in the series. It was so much fun to read with all of the interesting characters and there was so much happening in the story to keep me eagerly turning the pages. I especially liked the five book club ladies who saved up their money so they could spend ten days in one of the guest houses. They each added something unique to the story with their secrets.
It was fun to catch up with Rhonda and Anne, the owners of the Beach House Hotel and to see the magic of possible romances bloom. I think this is one of my favorite books in the series. I enjoyed finding out how the title came into play in the book too. I received an advance copy of this book and I willingly chose to write an honest review.
The perfect book when you need an escape. No one does it better than Rhonda and Ann, owners of the Beach House Hotel, at making guests feel pampered. A book club group request one of the guest houses while the VP Amelia has requested the other house for two of her aides. So much involves the owners keeping on top of the whole operation of the hotel as well as their own personal lives. This time, it’s like a roller coaster with seasonal holidays with a crisis or two on the home front. What can be better than bubbles when family and guests who have become like family get together and share happy times but it might not be possible this time. Thanks to the author for an ARC of this book; the review is my honest opinion.
I chose to read this book on International Women’s Day because this series really personifies women supporting women, and this book particularly, since it focuses on a book club of 5 women who visit the hotel. As always, the hotel is a beautiful setting, after 10 books set there I feel like it’s a real place.
One of the things I enjoy about this series is that each book has different themes/types of guests, along with some family drama. If you haven’t read these, please do. Each can be read as a standalone novel.
Thanks to the author and publisher for the opportunity to read and review this book, but my opinions are my own.
This series never disappoints...Ann and Rhonda, the business partners of the Beach House Hotel, are 2 very different personalities but make their friendship and business both successful despite their differences. This book features a group of friends from a book club who have scripted and saved to make a trip to the Beach House hotel. They each have their own story, and secrets. Once again, strong women supporting each other comes into play. Delightful twists and turns as the story unfolds. You will be ready to book your reservation to stay at the hotel by the time you finish reading! Another win for judith keim. I was provided an advanced reader copy in exchange for my unbiased review.
Always a treat to return to the Beach House Hotel where Ann and Rhonda have made hospitality and care for their guests into an art form. This book centers on five lovely ladies who have saved to spend a week at the Beach House Hotel. As always there are the unexpected problems needing to be solved and surprises in Ann and Rhonda's personal lives that threaten their happiness. As always with Ms Keim's book, family is strong and the ability to survive life's challenges are the highlights of the book.
The Hotel “family” is in danger of fracturing. Ann and Rhonda are determined to soothe hurts and mend fissures even as they continue daily operations at the Hotel. When a group of special guests check in, Rhonda’s matchmaking instincts are alerted. Brock, as always, is over-inflated with self-importance and bent on causing problems for the Hotel.
Judith Keim always delivers books that keep me glued to the pages for hours. This is a wonderful series. I received an advance copy, but my review is honest and voluntary.
What can I say about this latest story at the Beach House Hotel? Just that it is as much fun to read as the previous books in the series! I can say with all honesty that whenever I need a clean, feel-good-at-the-end book to read, Judith Keim is my go to author for sitting in my back yard with a glass of wine, following the adventures of Ann and Rhonda. My thanks go to the author for a chance to read an advance copy of this book. I look forward to as many adventures at the Beach House Hotel that may come in the future.
I want to be perfectly clear; I would love to book a cottage at the Beach House Hotel. I could use some pampering. I love how these ladies have remained close and committed to their families and their hotel. I think we could all learn from them. I love the humor, romance, problems, twists and surprises each book brings. I love how they prioritize families, employees and customers. I look forward to visiting again. I just realized I said I love a lot, but that’s the truth so I’m just going to leave it that way.
I love reading stories in The Beach Hotel series and being a part of the lives of friends in the books. It’s like catching up with old friends and finding out what’s been happening in their lives since you last spoke. The characters are interesting and real and the stories move quickly and carry you along in the stories of their days. Very enjoyable and leaves you feeling satisfied and content to know that everything is good even though there are ups and downs in all lives.
I don’t think I could love Rhonda and Annie any more than I do. In this book we meet the Book Circle. Is that not a great name for a book club? If you have read other books in this series, and I hope you have, you know there could be magic happening at the hotel. Loved the story and of course the wonderful folks we get to hang out with. I received an ARC of this book, but my opinion is my own.
A continuation of the story of Ann and Rhonda and their very successful beach resort. Their families are growing and the ladies are dealing with getting older, family issues, love matches, and issues and rewards of running the resort that they love.
It's like meeting old friends, getting caught up on their lives, and finding some new friends in the process. This is a clean story about women in love with their husbands, children, grandchildren.
Ann, Rhonda, & the Beach House Hotel are back in a new installment in The Beach House Hotel series! It’s so great being back at this place I’ve grown to love! I can count on Judith Keim to weave clean women’s fiction with some romance & strong female characters! This could be the best yet in the series! Who can resist a book club?
As always, you can read this one as a stand alone, but it’s so much more enjoyable if you read them in order!
Always love going back to the Beach House Hotel to see what’s going on with Rhonda and Ann. Thiey gave 5 best friends from a book club coming to stay. Each one has ordered Bubbles without the other’s knowing. There’s love in the air and enough champagne to going around.
Rhoda and Ann once again come together to give their all to their families and business. They work together to provide for their guests and muddle through issues in their personal lives. This is a great story about love, support, friendship, and teamwork. I would recommend this book to all. I received this book for my honest reveiw. (ARC)
I love these books. They are filled with hope and joy and always drama. They are interesting as well. You get a glimpse into the hotel business and wedding planning. Rhonda and Ann are good friends as well as business partners with very different personalities. Brock is a thorn in everyone's side. These books are great and I never want them to end.
I love this series. Best friends Ann and Rhonda run the Beach House Hotel and cater for weddings as well as being a top hotel in a nice resort. This time they have five friends who have saved up to spend a week in one of the cottages and the other cottage are two government officials. Sparks fly when they meet up for drinks....
A GREAT READ as always. Anne and Rhonda have as their guest a ladies bookclub staying in one of the houses and they all become friends. In the other house there are 2 of the vice presidents friend staying. Will there be any dating going on there between the two houses. An emergency for Rhonda and news for Anne. You will need to read to see what this is all about.
Anne and Rhonda continue to hold things together at the Beach House Hotel, no matter what comes up. This was an enjoyable read, with love and some conflict, but nothing that walking into the surf can’t fix. Judith Keim took us on another wonderful trip to The Beach House Hotel.
Although enjoyed this story like all others in this series, this one couldn’t seem to hone in on its main storyline. Several opportunities to go deeper in one or two, instead of just dabbling in three or four would have been helpful. Give some of the characters a bit more depth and nuance. That said, an easy vacation read.
I'm really enjoying catching up with Ann and Rhonda again at the Beach House Hotel. The ladies really know how to make the guests feel special and cared for. This story is no different.
I received a free ARC, and this is my honest opinion.
