Steve Dennis has worked with big companies facing disruption and has lived through the challenges facing the leadership team. In Leaders Leap, he covers 7 key mindset shifts which must be made to successfully embark on a large-scale transformation. I thoroughly recommend this book as a great read for those nervous about change or those who are ready to challenge themselves to lead into the future.
