This book is SOOO FUN!

I absolutely adored this book! It written and illustrated beautifully! I loved all the optical illusions inside! Brought me back to the days of being a kid and it was so fun to be able to share those puzzles with my kids and talk about perspective. Love this book!

I love the creativity in this book (now series!) The illusions are amazing and will keep any reader busy for hours. It's so easy to get immersed in the fun mystery and want to crack the case right alongside the adorable bears. 🐻

Not only is the story fun, but it teaches a valuable lesson about different perspectives and how the world isn't always what it seems. You can learn a lot by looking at things in a dififerent way, and sometimes that's what's needed to make progress.

Perspective Detective (the bear 🐻🕵🏼‍♀️) is such an aweseome leading character and this book is an amazing visual story! It was a delight to read, and I look forward to even more!

So clever!

I am in awe and just love how this book is illustrated. There are so many optical illusions and they make you look at everything with a new perspective and think outside the box. It is such a clever story too! It is sure to engage and intrigue readers of all ages. Highly recommended!

A visual puzzle

I love the Escher style images that are worked into this imaginative picture book. The second “ Perspective Detective” definitely lives up to the first fun book in this series. In this one the brother and sister duo search for the missing library book, and the twist at the end really took me by surprise!

Mystery and illusions power this latest Perspective Detective story. I was apprehensive to try it since the first book is one of our favorites! No worries. The Missing Book is equally engaging with fantastic illustrations and a bang-up solution to the mystery. An extraordinary book to add to this wonderful series. So fun.

A brilliant rhyming book with a difference!

I love it when I find a book that’s not the same as all the others I have on my bookcase and this one is fab! Not only is the rhyme and rhythm perfect, and the story great, but it’s jam packed full of optical illusions to explore with your young readers. Such a wonderful follow up to the other book in this series!

Amazing from any perspective!

I love the perspective games in this book, as much as the covers of real books included in the characters’ treasure hunt, that I now want to read, too! The author is also the illustrator and all the pictures are incredible. They remind me of “magic” vision books and games I had as a kid, and I still enjoy today!

I absolutely love reading these books with my son. They are fun to read and very educational in the way that you view perspectives. Filled with illusions within the illustrations and the story takes you on a journey as the detective has to look at different points of view. Fantastic.

Perspective is Important

Absolutely GENIUS way to encourage IMAGINATION and FUN!

We loved the first book in this collection and NOW this is a new household favorite! A wonderful way to celebrate early literacy with interactive storytelling and the ending was not to be expected, AND very cute (mom approved) and fun! Please write a 3rd book! My kid detective wants to read it! Highly recommend!
