The Cabin: A time travel adventure
The latest sensation in Narvaez County, Florida, is the sudden reappearance of three teenagers who had vanished and been given up for dead eighteen months earlier. Driven by the demands of a politically influential father, Bob Kessler, the new County Sheriff, launches an investigation.
The wild story told by one of the returned girls leads the Sheriff to a "haunted" cabin deep in the forest, and to a mysterious stranger who seems to know the future. As more people disappear, the Sheriff finds himself in a desperate search for the key to time and space as he fends off a looming confrontation with the County's most powerful family.
This new edition is published in conjunction with the print edition. There has been some rewriting, reorganization of the chapters, and an electronic table of contents has been added in order to allow you to navigate the book more easily.

This is a very enjoyable and entertaining read. A time travel mystery and adventure with engaging characters that's a joy to read. I loved the innovative take on time travel and the many implications of it which I thought was very well done and a definite strength of this novel.
The first part drew me in, as I really wanted to find out what's behind this and where the story would go. The novel soon turned into a major page-turner. The author does a great job keeping the reader on their toes and again, the sheer inventiveness of the settings and the circumstances of time travel as depicted here are wonderful.
I'm glad I read this and I recommend it highly.

Worth the read!
I enjoyed the book quite a bit. It was well written and had well defined characters. I liked it enough to pick up the next book in the series. I highly recommend this book.
