A rallying cry for something many in school leadersihp overlook - connection.

I've not often considered the role of creating a connected school, a place where students have a clear sense of what they might want to be, not just what job they might end up doing. As Matt outlines, many a website, corflute or school value statement outlines a value of 'the whole learner' but all this really means is a love of the scores that said learner might produce.

Outlined here, in clear, structured chapters is a way to addresss this widely shared oversight within school communities everywhere. Most suitable to middle and upper leadership roles, this book will really make you think about the way your school approaches relationships and connection.
