Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) shows that success is just down to the way people think. This text makes mastering its techniques easy, helping the reader to see things differently, master their thinking and become more efficient and effective in everything they do.
It was good, but I think it could've been a bit better! The techniques weren't always super clear, nor the examples. It did make me feel like I can control my emotions better!
This was the first NLP book I read and I can't say it was any sort of groundbreaking to me. I don't know if it's NLP not being exactly as I anticipated, or if it was the way it was written; it just sounded like the usual self-help with different names attached to it, and a "how" question replacing the usual "why" to identify triggers/causes/relations and be able to modify behavior.
It feels like this book would only be good if you feel you need to attach slightly more scientific facts/names to things because "mindfulness" is too hippie.
That said, it's not a bad book, it's simply just... OK.
