A welcomed and important contribution to management literature that explores the multi-layer relational context of businesses and workplaces. The author provides a compelling argument for why relationships are central to effective and profitable businesses and responsible HR management, not just a feel-good side issue that is secondary to the mechanics of management. I found this to be a thought-provoking and practical handbook that is relevant to managers and leaders in any sector.
