This was a really good guide if your teenager is struggling with things like staying on top of schoolwork, keeping their room tidy, or managing their time effectively. It clearly explains what executive functioning means and offers some very practical stratagies to help improve these skills. I liked that it included tips that could be helpful for teens with ADHD too. It's all about building better habits and preparing them for adulthood. The advice for parents on how to provide suport was also very useful.
