This is a good, starter book for curious minds that have never partaken in cannabis. The content is good, but superficial and does not really go into the details of how and why.

The writer seems to really know the topic at hand, but adding references at the end of the book without reference to the text where it is being used makes it hard to delineate what info is scientifically proven or what studies support the text.

The "article" format per chapter felt monotonous and redundant. The repeated information could have been summarized and been its own chapter, for example, rather than mentioning the "legal aspects are X" over and over again in different chapters, the writer could have referred to the "legal chapter for more info".

Overall, good book for cannabis beginners. If you are experienced in the cannabis field, this might be a summary of things that you already know.
