This was an ok read. I’m glad it’s over, it took me forever to read. I had to keep stopping, I did finish, but feel like the story could’ve ended so long ago.

All the feels
This book literally gave me all the feels. I rode an emotional roller coaster. I thoroughly enjoyed getting to know Princess,Naomi,Monique and the rest of the gang. I love the way the author told the story in an easy to follow yet engaging manner. I can’t decide whose arc I love the most but I feel satisfied with the way the story ended. The storylines didn’t feel rushed and at the end nothing felt too unfinished. Definitely recommend.

Wow, I just finished reading this book, and when I tell you it took me through it. This story about three best friends navigating life with one seriously messed-up character at the center was an absolute rollercoaster from start to finish.
It totally delivered on its promise of a huge tangle of deceit. You know how lies and all those unspoken truths can just wreck everything? Well, this book perfectly illustrated how easily trust crumbles, friendships shatter, and relationships get completely destroyed across the board. I was completely consumed by the drama and felt every single twist and turn as I read it.
And let's be real, there were definitely a few characters who made me want to reach right into the pages and give them a piece of my mind! Haha. That's always a sign of a truly captivating read, isn't it? I'm already eagerly anticipating diving into more books by Miss Porchea Jade!

Yes Ma’am
Best read of the year so far! I didn’t read the first version on this book but I can tell you this is straight fire. I LOVE a good long well thought out story. The characters were developed. The storyline flowed well and made sense. I think Monique was my favorite. Since went through it. It goes to show all that glitters isn’t gold. I can’t wait to visit the manor again.

Not what i was expecting
Someone put an paragraph in my book club and all i can say was it was bad. But after reading this book it was a paragraph from the wrong book. This book had me feeling all kinds of things.

ugh this was so good!!!!!
