Happy and proud to have a story in this collection of wonderful writing from around the world. My piece aside, these fictions of 400 words or fewer confirm the power, beauty and originality that can be found in such brevity. A real treat.

There is so much to love in this book! I kept having to stop to tweet out lines from the various micros, or to look up the authors so that I could either follow them on Twitter or read more of their work. This is the first one of the Best Microfictions series I've read, but I'm looking forward to reading more. Highly recommended.
