Wow this was one crazy ride. Nasty, gorey, disgusting, shit this had it all. If you thought the first one was bad, then don’t even give this book a glance. This shit was insane. I loved this book, but the ending, why you have to leave me in suspense wondering wtf is going to happen next 😭don’t leave me hanging yall!!! I just want to say, two of my favorite authors really did their shit!!! Otis and Judith y’all is on 🔥!!!

I am speechless honestly. When I was reading I was like “damn this is fucking disgusting it can’t get worse” and bam it got worse. This book pushes boundaries and will make the most seasoned readers of the genre squirm (or at least I did) not for the weak of heart but 100% for people who love to test their limits. I need more!!!!!!
The author’s promised a lot and they delivered. This book is well written, with a solid storyline and is disgustingly horrific. Just about everything imaginable is included in this tale: necrophillia, beastiality, sodomy, cannabalism, torture to name a few. What’s more troubling though is that there are people in this world, who can conjure from the deaths of their mind, characters such as the man and Buster. Now that’s scarey!!
It’s so beyond disheartening to see such a phenomenal author write with someone who tries so irrevocably hard to be a good splatter author. When reading a book by two authors at once usually it’s a good thing that you are able to tell who writes what. In this it was the complete opposite. There was writing that was beautifully done and disgusting, plagued in the next chapter with the most childish, un creative writing i’ve ever read. I went from cringing one chapter to literally rolling my eyes at the next chapter because of how awful the writing was. Judith Sonnet is a phenomenal author who is talented in splatter but also sustenance to their writing and work. Otis is not the same, between the try hard nature of his writing to the childish creative block this match didn’t work for me. The two stars is for Judith, that’s genuinely all I could give. Also the twist at the end was horrible.

So today sunday i just read four books but normal speaking if you consider the average length of a book the four books that i read today all adds up to 174k words which is like 1.5 normal books so yeah i'm not really that much of a REALLY fast reader, just a fast enough reader, all these books are just really short.
I know gore with substance, i know what gore is like when there is full of meaning, this one just doesn't, it's the same as the first one. I actually refused to believe that this is the same author who wrote "the clown hunt" because i absolutely adored that book and the (gay romance) that is associated with it. gurll u should try writing romance someday, you'd be really good at it.

I was OBSESSED when my favorite goth girlie pop was introduced🖤 The end had question marks so does that mean we’ll get a novella of Buster and The Man suffering?? Hopefully 😈

I have been eagerly awaiting to read this gore fest and it lives up to the hype, Sonnet and Bateman know how to tell a twisted tale, between Sonnets brilliant imagery and Batemans humorous and creative wording this book delivers nonstop, I appreciate the thought process and research that clearly went into creating this masterpiece and the ending had me ecstatic.
3.5 ⭐️ don’t come for me… I really wanted to love this book and I did, and then couldn’t anymore. It started out great, but it just went on for entirely too long. Although the killings were rather clever and disturbing, I found certain characters to be a bit too predictable. And unlike most I wasn’t a fan of the end . I absolutely love most of Sonnet and Batemans work but this one just fell a bit short in that department for me 😅.
Possibly one of the most creative and masterfully written piece of Extreme Horror.
I feel it’s fair to say that I had to edit my Original review here. Judith Sonnet will not be collaborating with Otis again. So obviously there will not be an anticipated sequel to absolute chaos happening here.
Next best thing I thoroughly recommend purchasing a copy of Judith Sonnets Beast of Burden. It’s got metal and something lurking in a cave. 🖤
Holy Fucking Fuck!!!..this book hits you like a ten tonne truck being driven at 100MPH towing a full on steam roller...the whole story never lets up on pure gore,filth and destruction and it certainly lives up to its title of Absolute Chaos. I adored all the characters from start to finish...the good,bad or just plain psycho!! The torture was so gruesome and I found myself wincing on more than a few occasions. Sonnet and Bateman have succeeded to shock big time with this one... There are trigger warnings oozing from every page...blood and torture dripping from every word that comes out of Buster's and The Man's mouth...grime, dirt and infections falling from everyone of their "Toys" And an ending that every Maggot Girl will desire 😘
I did like the book, but at times it felt a bit long and thus lost its oomph whereas a shorter book packs more of a punch. I loved the final girl but I didn't really get attached to the other characters so didn't give a damn if they died. I did laugh out loud at the description of an arsehole being a "balloon knot"! 😂 There isn't much story aside from people being mercilessly slaughtered in inventive ways. It was hyped up to the max, but in all honesty I have read better from both authors.
Well “sheeeee-yit pardner” that was good! Somehow even better than the first! Praying for a 3rd! The first was more just shock and gore, this one definitely had all that but a great story and great characters too! 5/5 ⭐️ for sure!
When I heard there was a sequel being written to be three times a long, and Bateman helping with the writing, I absolutely had to check this one out!
This book is extremely wild, as expected by these two authors. There is almost every trigger you can think of, and NOTHING is held back.
If you are experienced with Sonnet and Bateman's writing, you can notice who wrote certain sections to the other.
I always look for a fun splatter ride, regardless of how ridiculous it can be in these stories sometimes, but I absolutely loved this one! This one is wayyyyy worse than the first one, if you thought that could be possible haha.
Phew! This was a hefty, horrific ride. And as the title suggests, no one rides for free. Every page of this book was doused in gore and unforgiving torture. One thing after another was just worse and worse. After reading both books 1 and 2 of this duo I definitely preferred the first book, it had more of a story line. This book was more of violence just for the hell of it and felt like it dragged on at times. But all in all it serves its purpose as an absolute extreme and limit pushing book. Definitely NOT for the faint of heart.
Brutal. Descriptive. Exactly what I expected from these two horror minds!
Certain aspects of book one had me gagging, whereas book two went for volume and unmerciful chaos. There was only one part of this book that could have been left out and that was the scenes with the dog. Not a fan of animal torture, abuse, or descriptive animal death.
In a way, this book reminded me of the Do Not Disturb books by Jon Athan with the extreme nature of violence and the way no one was left unharmed.
Absolutely disturbing. Book comes with trigger warning and didn't disappoint. Most disturbing book i have read so far mostly because of the incest and beastality. I can't wait for next book.

Twist after twist with this bad boy!! I was honoured and still am to have been offered the chance to read this before release!! This duo may have been the best thing they ever did as they are sick fks 😂 You are not ready for how sick this is. I sure wasn’t. Even the most experienced readers will have a great time reading this 😂 This is before the notorious no one rides for free! The prequel!! If you loved the OG you will love the prequel. Non stop bloody disgusting shit and I am THERE FOR IT! I couldn’t read any other books as I knew this was coming out and I couldn’t wait! There’s hopefully going to be a further one as there is a twist at the end of this that just made me scream from excitement!!
Sonnet and Bateman pushed each other to even more depraved extremes than we've ever seen before, and it results in an delightfully disgusting exploration of inhumanity - and some all too human impulses and desires as well. Not for sensitive readers.
This didn't hit all the right points for me. It was more ok what can I write more f'd up this chapter than the last. I like a story to go with my gore.
