OK so now April has decided that it is time to come clean with a lot of people who seem to just be throwing her clues that don't really mean anything. She found a note from Molly on the bar and now is more determined than ever to find her. Even though the not told her to go back to Miami and she would come home as soon as she could handle the situation, April is in no mind to abandon Molly and leave her alone. In talking to Mark she decided to finally come clean with him and lets him know that she is in Key West. Wouldn't you know it he is ready to jump in the car and come down to help her. I still don't like how I am feeling about him but I may be surprised. She and Alex have decided to just be friends again but he still wants her to work at the bar and live in the pool house. Nick, after talking to him she gets more information on Molly and wants to talk more but she has left Dot with no backup and must get back to the restaurant. Nick decides that since she is going there he will too and get lunch. She talks some more to Nick and then it's back to work. Alex finds out that Nick is there and another business owner in the town and comps his meal and offers to pick up anything he wants to eat. After he finishes and Alex has gone back into the office Nick finds April and delivers the bad news. Nick thinks that Alex is the one who hurt Molly and he is concerned about her working there. Mark arrives to all sorts of things that are going on with April and decides to sleep on the floor to protect her. April in looking through the house finds another note from Molly only this one is really scary....can't wait for book 6 and the wrap up....

This series just keeps me guessing with every word I read. April is still looking for Molly/Olivia and every time I think I have it figured out what is happening I am totally wrong. She asks questions and with each answer she gets from others it makes her second guess who she can believe and trust. Mark is now in the Keys with her and maybe he will be able to fill in the blanks for her as to where to look next for her friend. Oh, I am so excited for the sixth and final book in this series. Sage Parker has done a fabulous job of keeping me deep in the story.

April continues her search for Molly and corners Nick about what he knows. April knows Alex knows who Molly is but won't tell her. Now she finds a note from Molly warning her to leave because of the danger, but April won't desert her friend. Then April tells Mark where she really is and he shows up at her pool house unexpectedly. It kind of frightens her because the door was unlocked and Mark is inside. April is unsure why the door was unlocked, then thinks Molly may have left another note. When she finds the note all it says is "get out now". What is April to do?
OMG, run April!! You need to heed Molly's warnings and run! What is going on and how did Mark get to the Keys so quickly!!! I do not trust him or Dave at all and I believe they knew where she was all along. What will April do? She needs to not let on to Mark that she found another note from Molly. OMG!! I cannot wait for the final book to see this mystery come full circle. Who is really trustworthy and who is the villain(s)...

April found a note from Molly telling her "Go back to Miami. It's not safe in Key West. STOP LOOKING FOR ME." April was a mess. She went to talk to Nick. He finally gave her more information about Molly. Telling her the 1st time he met her, her face and neck were bruised and she was afraid. She had asked Nick to please not tell anyone she had been there. "NO ONE". But, he had no clue who she was afraid of. What was going on? Was it Alex?
What a crazy story. Get me to # 6 quick.

When it comes to mind games Ms Parker certainly takes the lead. I have so much angst over this book especially with the mysterious appearance of Molly leaving messages for April warning her to leave town. I honestly don’t know who April can trust at this point as it seems everyone is leading her away from the possibility of finding her friend. So many twists and turns that can only mean that Ms Parker has an outstanding finale to this story. Cannot wait.

This story certainly does have a lot of plots to it. Who is the bad guy, is there a bad guy? Is Mark too nice? Molly is around, but hiding, that we know. I feel bad for Alex as he really likes April, but she doesn't know who to trust. April is bound and determined to find out what is going on with her friend.

Things just took a twisted and shocking path. Who wrote the note left for April and why did she react so spectacularly? Someone wants her to leave town and to stop investigating. Does she listen? What is her relationship status between Mark and Alex? How does she handle Nick lying to her and his reasons for why? Will she find Molly/Olivia?.

Last Chance in the Keys continues the story of April, who is looking for her friend Molly. More information comes to light, and April doesn't know who to trust. An old friend shows up to help, and she and Alex decide to be just friends for now. I can't wait for this to wrap up in book 6 as I have some ideas, but I am not sure who to trust!.

In this book, Alex ends things with April. April continues her friendship with Nick and finds out Molly was bruised and battered when he first met her. April reveals to Mark that she is in Key West and not California. When he hears this, he jumps in the car and heads out to visit her. This book ends abruptly when April finds another note from Molly, telling her to - Get out now! ▪️Language - mild ▪️Sex scenes - none ▪️Violence - none
I find it totally amazing that I am still totally enthralled with this story. It has kept my attention throughout five books and I am still so ready to read book six. If you haven't started this series yet, start with book one and count on having to keep reading one after the other as the story is that good and they are all extremely hard to put down. This was another winner for me.
Last Chance In The Keys, Book 5, has suspicions rising as April finds more clues and notes about and from Molly warning of danger. April is questioning if she can trust Alex, Nick, or Mark. The mystery increases. This book ends in a suspenseful cliffhanger.

Another engaging book in a great series as April continues her search for Molly, aka Olivia. But there are some surprises along the way and the question of who can she trust grows. The cliff hanger ending has whetted my appetite for the final book in the series.

April is starting to reveal the reason she is in Key West. When she tells Mark, he is there in a flash to help with the search. Nick from the coffee shop opens up with some information. Alex is hoping to be friends with April. The clues keep pointing to Alex, but the culprit may be a surprise.

The books in this series just keep getting better and better. These books are really hard to put down and so full of suspense and questions. It's a good thing the installments/books are short. This has been a fascinating series with amazing writing. I can't wait for the conclusion in book 6!.

Mark has come to town to help April look for Molly. Nick from the coffee shop has some new information also. All signs point to Alex as having information he isn't sharing. Excited to see how this series ends up.
This story is very intriguing with many twists and turns. However, I think I know who the bad guy is in the story. I look forward to reading the last book in this series to see if my prediction is correct.

Will I read a series that is chopped up like this. You just get to the best part & have to either down load another portion or wait for the next segment to be released. This is a good series but the choppy means of reading it takes away from it.
This installment grabs you on the first page and doesn't let go. The suspense and drama continue to build throughout the book. I can't wait for the last installment to see how everything wraps up.
