I got to meet the author, got a signed copy and absolutely loved the book! Amazing piece of work, very educational!

Such a lovely book for kids and adults reading it to them (or themselves!). I want to talk to animals.

Interesting eco premise and amusing story, unfortunately the last couple of chapters were full of too many coincidences and setting up a sequel, neither of which I find particularly enjoyable in a book.
However that was less than 5 per cent of the novel, which would work well for tweens and younger teens

A great concept and an important environmental message drives the plot but unfortunately- though I usually would have loved a book like this- the execution was boring and a little too childish.

I read this book and its sequel 8 years ago and yet I still remember everything about it and I remember how much I adored it!

The promised one was a wonderful book that had you hooked from the the start.It is a suspenseful story that has you not being able to stop reading.This is why I rated it five stars.
