The last year has meant upheaval for Gil Walker. With Chris having passed, Gil inherits everything, becomes an incredibly wealthy man, and needs someone Fraternity-worthy to have as a partner. He also doesn't want to stay in San Diego so he looks for projects like the ones he did before he joined the Fraternity. Remarkably, one shows up in Savannah, the city made famous by Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil.
