I absolutely loved Ollie and Meadow and their story. Small town, brothers best friend, second chance, single parent romance! Yes please!!
Falling for Meadow put me through all the feels! Especially being the last in the series added that extra kick.
I’ve felt so connected to the Perks and Benefits series since the beginning! And it will be hard to say goodbye but I’m so excited for what Kels and Denise have in store for us next!

meadow and ollie’s second chance romance pulled on my heart SO HARD. meadow is so strong caring for her late brother’s daughter and ollie is figuring his life out when back in the small scottish town for the first time in years. they were each other’s first loves but life got in the way. and the way they found themselves back together was so emotional and perfect.

Falling For Meadow by Kels & Denise Stone 🌿
Such a good second chance romance! I loved that we got the full picture seeing them go from childhood friends to lovers to strangers for 20 years then lovers again. There were flashback chapters throughout that added to the story and help to figure out why Ollie and Meadow became strangers. They go from planning their future and going to college together to suddenly nothing. So when Ollie returns to his small town in Scotland where Meadow still lives, all the memories come rushing back. Ollie is only supposed to be there for 3 months to take care of his family whisky distillery, but being next door to Meadow and her daughter tempts feelings for them both.
I felt like I got to know both Ollie and Meadow so well through the book. Each of them have their personality traits that make them unique and complementary to each other. One of my favorites was that Meadow was extremely independent and liked to show people she could handle things herself. Enter Ollie who embraces and acknowledges that she can do it herself, but she doesn't have to. I feel like his love language is acts of service with the way he jumps in to clean, cook, and just help Meadow in all the little ways.
I absolutely loved the setting for this book and felt fully transported to the small town in Scotland. All the small town dynamics with family and friends were weaved into the story. Kleptocow was probably my favorite side character. A highland cow that goes around stealing little items. Too cute.
The epilogue was so sweet, getting to see a glimpse of all the characters from the past books in the series. Can't wait to see what the authors write next!
‼️ SKIP THIS PARAGRAPH TO AVOID SPOILERS ‼️ What stopped this from being a 5 star read was there ending up being a surprise pregnancy in the last 15% or so. I didn't really like how it was handled / happened but I feel like it's 100% a personal thing. Ollie's reaction was sweet once Meadow told him though.

i absolutely loved this one!! childhood friends to young lovers to people who spent years apart due to life changes and goals they each had to fulfill. it’s a second chance romance done right. it’s cozy and sweet, it’s spicy and hilarious, it’s got depth and real life struggles that make you feel seen. this book was a joy to read from start to finish, spending time in scotland with ollie and meadow and maisie was such a treat.

My second book from Kels & Denise was a total success. I enjoyed "Our Scorching Summer" but this one is my favorite from this series so far, even though I still need to read the other two.
I've read a couple books with a setting in Scotland and something that I adore about all of them is how cozy they are and how interesting is to learn more from the culture. "Falling for Meadow" gave me the same impression and as a fall, heartwarming read it made its job. It was immersive and the descriptions were so good, I could literally picture every single place in my head.
A second chance mixed with the single mom trope will always do it for me. The tension and the yearning was so so good and Ollie and Meadow made me believe that their love was real. There were some emotional moments with a few spicy scenes sprinkled in there but even though their physical attraction was palpable, it didn't take away from the real connection between each other. The aspect of grief was definitely a huge factor in this and I am glad the the authors handled the matter the way they did. It was swoony and special and it made me even more excited to continue reading the previous books in this series.

meadow is such a lovely fmc. she’s strong, funny, independent, and so relatable!!! i loved getting to see her vulnerability, watching her find herself again, & see her grow! i loved the PMDD representation, her depth, and her character so much!!!
ollie!! i have been so excited to get ollie’s story since WUTB & it didn’t disappoint! i love him so much! he’s kind, funny, vulnerable, and relatable!!! his character felt so genuine & realistic and i loved getting to see his depth, especially with his family & his home! his growth throughout the book was so special & i enjoyed getting to see him fall back in love with thistlehill!!!
meadow & ollie are a match made in heaven!! their banter, chemistry, and overall connection is SO good!!! i loved getting to see them break each others walls down after so many years of not speaking or seeing each other. watching them find their love again was so lovely!!! the spice… PHEW!!! K&D never fail!!!
meadow & maisie’s relationship was so beautiful. i loved the single guardian storyline here, although it breaks my heart why it came to be & what that meant for both of our main characters!! maisie was such a fun, adorable, and sweet child character in this book & i loved what she brought out in both meadow & ollie!!! getting to see her relationship bloom with ollie was so heartwarming 🥹
the end was everything i wanted it to be & more. i love the P&B series so much & getting to see all of my people back together was so special!! im going to miss them all soso much

one thing i immediately loved about this story was how i felt like i was transported to thistlehill from the very first page. the descriptions of the town and its people were extremely vivid and detailed. i adored the town of thistlehill, no matter how stubborn some of its townspeople may be hehe. 🤭
meadow and ollie have SOOOO much history. they haven’t talked in years since she left him alone at the airport with nothing but a text. seeing them reconnect and slowly find their way back to one another was so wholesome and had my heart warming with every page. 💌
meadow is such a strong, independent woman who we can all learn from. she didn’t take no for an answer from anyone and followed her dreams beautifully. ollie is swoonworthy and shows his love in so many ways- cleaning, cooking, building, you name it. he is the perfect man! 👩🍳💋

17 years after the love of his life left him alone at the airport after promising one another that they’d move to, & start a new life in the US, Ollie returns home to Scotland to help his father with the distillery business, only to find that the same woman that left him all those years ago is living next door with her daughter…
This book had SO much heart & humour & many tear jerking moments, so of course I cried A LOT🥲 This had a dual timeline & I really loved the way the flashbacks were intertwined with the current story🫶🏻
Ollie was all about the big city life so he was a major grump when he first returned home. All that mattered to him was money & success, however, his entire mindset changed by the end of the book, so his growth was amazing👏🏼 This man also said “yes I do the cooking. Yes I do the cleaning” because he was constantly doing Meadow’s chores for no reason! So sexy😩
Meadow was a hardworking & selfless sweetheart, but she was also quite feisty & knew how to stand her ground when necessary. Her devotion to both her career & daughter, Maisie, was incredible, & despite being plagued by dark thoughts & internal struggles she constantly persevered.
There was instant animosity & thick tension between Ollie & Meadow when they meet again, but watching them long for one another & then rekindle their relationship was wonderful. These childhood sweethearts had a gentle sort of love & were each others safe places- I absolutely adored them🥹❤️🩹

possibly the best second chance romance I have read to date???
Ollie is back in his hometown to cover the family business for his father... little does he know that his first, and only love, still lives next door... and has a daughter. He hasn't seen Meadow since she didn't show for the flight to go to Boston with him.
Years have passed but now he is back and is dealing with the grief of losing Fox, Meadow's brother and his best friend, that he never dealt with when the accident happened. Meadow is trying to find herself again while dealing with opening up her restaurant and being the best mother to Maisie, her brother's child.
These two still have tension and the banter in the beginning was just perfect. They have to work together as partners for their business but it turns into so much more and the feelings that they had for each other years ago start coming to the surface again.
Will Ollie choose to go back to New York after his few months back home are up or will he find his home where he wasn't expecting it??? Guess you'll have to read it (YOU HAVE TO) when it releases on April 17th :)

first of all, thank you so much kels & denise stone for the arc copy!! i love this series with my whole heart and i love this wonderful author duo with my whole heart!
it is so sad to see this series come to an end, i love this little universe and the character so so so much. the cameos /mentions of the other characters thriving & living their life was so cute!! especially when avery gives ollie advice and guidance, i loved it so much!
the premise of this story was so good, i love how we watch these two childhood friends to lovers to strangers reconnect back in their hometown. i have always loved ollies character, but he truly is just such a sweet and caring mmc!! his character was so fun to read about & he knows how to treat a woman!! also love that he's a rugby-playing scottish man that also wears a kilt, iconic.
i adored their relationship and how they fit so perfectly into each other's lives. the rekindled love and the way they care so much about each other was amazing!! "to be loved is to be known" is a great description of how ollie loves meadow, it was so wonderful to read!!!
if you haven't read the perks & benefits series... you simply must. it is full of so much love, friendships, laughs, and crys. i am so happy to be able to experience this series and sad to see it end, but am so excited for more kels & denise books!!

I received an ARC for Falling For Meadow & I am so thankful I did! I am a sucker for a soft and fluffy love story and this delivered! It is mushy gushy,Ollie is the sweetest, most thoughtful man and Meadow is a bada$$ babe doing the most. I love how the authors painted such a clear image of the main characters and Thistlehill. I especially appreciate the time and effort put into adding a Scottish accent to dialogue, it truly makes the experience. My favorite part is probably the way the authors tackle issues like loss, depression and anxiety in a manner that is so respectful and understanding, while also not making it so heavy that it takes away from the “fluffy” nature of the novel. as cheesy as this is, it truly is such a good novel and I could not recommend it more.

The whole book was so wholesome.
This story was so sweet!! I want a man that wants to take care of me like Ollie wants to take care of his Doe and Maisie. I just loved the banter and tension between Ollie and Meadow. It had the swoon, the pining, and all the “it's always been you” kind of feels.
I didn't find this book to be as enjoyable as I had anticipated.
I wasn't feeling the book or connect with the story. Even though I wasn't really into the characters, I still found myself cheering for them all the way to the end. I thought that the book has too many scenes which were totally unnecessary and made it way too long and didn’t focus on romance aspect much. Also we didn’t get many Ollie, Meadows and Maisie moments.
I loved seeing the other couples from the series come to Scotland at the end, that was wonderful end to the book and series.I am sad that this series is over but can’t wait to start your next sports romance😍

The whole book was so wholesome.
This story was so sweet!! I want a man that wants to take care of me like Ollie wants to take care of his Doe and Maisie. I just loved the banter and tension between Ollie and Meadow. It had the swoon, the pining, and all the “it's always been you” kind of feels.
I didn't find this book to be as enjoyable as I had anticipated.
I wasn't feeling the book or connect with the story. Even though I wasn't really into the characters, I still found myself cheering for them all the way to the end. I thought that the book has too many scenes which were totally unnecessary and made it way too long and didn’t focus on romance aspect much. Also we didn’t get many Ollie, Meadows and Maisie moments.
I loved seeing the other couples from the series come to Scotland at the end, that was wonderful end to the book and series.I am sad that this series is over but can’t wait to start your next sports romance😍

brb moving to scotland. this was my first kels + denise stone novel so i was really excited to dive into a new author(s) writing and i had the most wonderful time. i know this is technically the 4th in the series so i guess you could say i read this out of order but i loved this book so much. K+D really blew me away with their captivating writing that drew you right into the story. i was actually getting “lost” in the story. i could so clearly picture every moment and interaction.
i was instantly transported to a small lil town in scotland - need i say more? it was the yummiest small town, brothers best friend, single mom, second chance, forced proximity page turner that i didn’t want to end. the history between meadow and ollie was my favourite. the chemistry and tension was present from the very start. their shared grief made this second chance romance so special. so many swoony moments that had me blushing!

i’m honestly so emotional rn 😭 this is the 4th and final book in the series and the 3rd one to which i’ve received an arc copy. needless to say that by now i’m so attached to these characters and their beautiful stories that it doesn’t feel real that i won’t be able to read about them anymore (yes i’m actually grieving).
anyway, i would like to say that kels and denise are so cool and kind and i’ll always be grateful for the opportunities they’ve given me. they inspire me on such a profound level and trust me when i tell you that they’re damn good authors too. i’ve loved and seen great improvement in each book, and i’m sure they’ll keep on surprising me and everyone else with their new series.
“falling for meadow” hit me like a fucking train. it was so much fun, but also so deep in topics like motherhood, love, doubt, family and grief. i was not expecting it to be the emotional ride it was. i laughed, giggled, kicked my feet, full on sobbed like a baby, i promise i went through every single emotion out there with this one. the setting? absolutely gorgeous, i can’t wait to visit scotland now. the side characters? so real and funny as hell. their routines? so cool and calming, i need that in my life. meadow and ollie? the most wholesome couple ever. they fit like puzzle pieces, they know each other like the back of their hands, they banter like there’s no tomorrow (1000/10 let me tell you), they are so hot and so kind and so humane it hurts and i love them with my whole heart. i usually don’t love spicy scenes and even that i ate up with this one 😩 everything was perfect and that sucks because now i’ll miss them forever.
it’s a bittersweet feeling knowing that this special series that’s woven itself into the strings of my heart has come to an end. i’ll definitely think about them always, and i beg of you that you pick these books up. they’re so worth it and you’ll be supporting great people while having the most fun of your life.
(p.s. they’re interconnected standalones so you can read them in whichever order you like, PLEASE at least give a chance to “falling for meadow”. i’ve definitely fallen pretty hard and i can’t recommend it enough)

the perfect ending to the best series 😭💚 Ollie and Meadow’s story was one for the hopeless romantics, the people-pleasers, the ones who believe in fate, and the ones who think Scottish accents are HAWT😏
I absolutely adored this book! this was the pure type of love that has you going “if he wanted to, he would” 1000x over. Meadow is such a strong, powerhouse of a woman with the burden of the world on her shoulders. She went for her dreams even though she risked it all in doing so. I loved how she always knew who she was and what she wanted, just maybe needing a push to start prioritizing herself as well. Ollie is THE standard… the way he showed he cared for Meadow and Maisie without pushing any boundaries she set was HAAAWT!!! yes plz chef!!! I loved their banter and how they had to re-visit old memories being in the place they grew up and fell in love. the tension & pining & meddling families combo was truly chef’s kisssss 👩🏽🍳💋
this book will have you re-considering your life and preparing to move to Scotland. I loved everything about it & i’m in awh of this whole series. the found family, the mental health rep, the coziness of the stories while also touching deeper topics, all SO SO good. the epilogue was everything I’ve ever wanted for the end of this series & I can’t wait to see what Kels & Denise do next 🥹

las expectativas me han jugado una mala pasada. tenía mil ganas del libro de Ollie, pero me ha faltado algo. me parece que han sido muy injustos con él en general y que parece él el culpable de todo cuando no es así. también me parece que todo al final sucede muy muy rápido, y me ha dejado un sabor un poco agridulce.

The book fit really well into the series and the ending was cute…i just truly do not believe in second chance romances so I couldn’t get as in to it but I think objectively it was a good end to the series

Falling for Meadow is finally out and just like that the Perks & Benefits series has come to an end. It is truly bittersweet 🥹 but oh my god did I love this book, and the fact that it was a second chance romance? I truly ate it up!!
Prepare yourselves for lots of emotions, I completely lost tracks of cry count reading this book lol
Ollie and Meadow were everything to me but what an emotional journey they went through. They were so PAINED!!!!
With Ollie back for the first time in 17 years, they had to figure out lots of feelings, not only with each other but with their families as well. And work through grief they never truly got to process fully.
Honestly seeing them work through this, the moments where they leaned on each other because of course ever since they were teenagers they just always had that connection and understood each other, it made my heart burst. And you can see this dynamic in the flashbacks, which were so adorable and sooo emotional as well.
I loved Meadow. What a queen. Not only is she doing everything in her power to make sure her restaurant succeeds but she’s just always there for her daughter Maisie, making sure she’s always happy. I truly admire her for stepping up and momentarily putting her dreams on hold, but even so it makes me happy that she still got to achieve them even if it wasn’t how she planned. Seeing her find her passion for cooking again after being on autopilot for so long made me so proud. And now I so badly want to go to Fox Den and eat her food lol
I must also add that as someone who deals with period issues, it made me feel a teeny bit seen that Meadow also dealt with that, she also has PMDD and fibroids. I appreciate the representation, because I’ve had the days where my period truly takes me out. It was also nice seeing Ollie try to understand and do anything to make Meadow feel better or comfortable.

Did he annoy me a little when he was being petty about what happened between him and Meadow years ago? Yes, a little. But did I also get him? Also yes lol
Clearly mistakes were made from both sides but when he realized “ahh shit I was kinda an asshole” and then did everything in his power to make things right with Meadow? I knew I could trust him. He was just hurt, which is completely valid, but I loved his growth.
Even when bickering and with the tension between them, he still admired Meadow and thought the world of her. It was nice seeing him be her support system, grovel just a little, and make Meadow happy. Oh and how I loved his interactions with little Maisie, they were so adorable.
In the end, I truly admired how both of them were able to redefine what success means to them and choose what makes them happy.
To Kels & Denise, yall truly wrote a lovely book, thank you for making me cry lol (and thank you for the ARC of course) 💗💗

This is the final installment of the Perks & Benefits series. And it pains me to admit that I didn't find this book to be as enjoyable as I had anticipated.

This is the stunning conclusion to the perks and benefits series, and I couldn’t of asked for a better end. When they were teenagers, Ollie and Meadow planed to go to America together, but at the last minute, she decided not to go and broke Ollie’s heart. They haven’t talked since then and now he’s back in his hometown, temporarily taking over his father‘s distillery. She is about to open her own restaurant and is a single mom. Can these first loves reconnect?
This book is so long, but it is so worth it. Ollie and Meadow are just made for each other. I loved the random flashback chapters and that we get to see how they got together as kids.
I think what I loved most about this book is that while yes it is primarily a romance, it’s also about both of them needing to forgive. The reason they didn’t work out as teenagers is because they both had so much resentment towards their parents and a lot of things they just needed to work out. While they are rebuilding their relationship, they are also trying to forgive their parents and understand where they are coming from.
One of my favorite funny moments is when they first see each other again and he asks if her kid is his despite the fact that Maisie is seven and they haven’t seen each other in like 15 years. It’s really cute to see and Maisie interact and for him to be able to see all of the little parts of Fox that are in her. He feels bad that he wasn’t there for his best friends funeral and never reconnected with him. Spending time with Maisie is a way for him to get that back and bond with Meadow.
Meadow is such a strong character and I loved seeing her passion for her restaurant. She knew what she wanted to do from a young age and she was making it happen. It was cute to see Ollie help her relax and be able to find inspiration for her menu. The little times they spent reconnecting over Fox and how the three of them were together just made me really happy. Obviously she’s never gonna get her brother back, but it was nice for her to be able to talk about him in a loving way.
We honestly did not get a ton of Ollie, Meadow, and Maisie, but all of the parts we did get were adorable. Meadow was so hesitant about Ollie spending time with Maisie since he was going to be leaving and she didn’t want to build up a bond just to break it. But, Ollie and Maisie just couldn’t help falling in love with each other. He was her rugby coach and every part about that was so cute. It gave him another way to bond over her actual dad and learn more things about him.
I really loved seeing Meadow and Ollie rebuild their relationship and learn how to fix what was broken the first time. Even though the whole time he was debating on whether or not to go back to America, I still felt like they had really good communication. They were both able to be there for each other when they were having a bad day and just needed someone. When she was having her panic attack, he knew exactly how to calm down. They are just so adorable and love this book.

I have fallen in love with Meadow and Ollie and every character between them. This is every second chance, dual timeline, "it's always been you" loving readers dream. *chefs kiss* if you will

I cried, i laughed, i swooned, and i fell hard for the love. It was really an emotional roller coaster but I never wanted to get off the ride. The grief and healing journey that both of these main characters went through was so heartbreakingly beautiful.
The banter was TOP notch and Maisie was the most adorable little girl. Every side character was hilariously crafted, including Belle the kleptocow. This is the last book in the Perks and Benefits series and i will be going back for the ones i missed bc i loved this so much 💚

I cried, i laughed, i swooned, and i fell hard for the love. It was really an emotional roller coaster but I never wanted to get off the ride. The grief and healing journey that both of these main characters went through was so heartbreakingly beautiful.
The banter was TOP notch and Maisie was the most adorable little girl. Every side character was hilariously crafted, including Belle the kleptocow. This is the last book in the Perks and Benefits series and i will be going back for the ones i missed bc i loved this so much 💚

I loved Meadow and Ollies chemistry and banter, it was super cute to read, and had a girl giggling and squealing.
the tension and waiting for one of them to Snap and do something was everything!! I loved the characters and cutie patootie Maisie as well.
what led me to not being bale to finish it for weeks, was the "Scottish talk" I quite literally adore a Scottish accent, I could listen to someone talk for hours with that accent, but reading it was SO DANG difficult for some reason, it felt like reading gibberish because my brain couldn't fully register the "aye, and "ye" etc etc that kept being used, plus it was harder since half the people spoke with the Scottish accent, while the other spoke with just an American one, so overall just really hard to get used to.
but I still really recommend the book! the actual relationship made up for everything else! I love to bake and cook, so meadows character having a life surrounded by cooking on the love of food she has was perfection!

I can’t believe Perks & Benefit is coming to an end with this series. I never thought I would be this connected to a series where there is a mix of all the tropes in each and every book and they sit on your forever favorites.
Falling for Meadow is a beautiful story of lost love being found at a different time with loved of grief and healing but also chances being given to not only the other person but themselves.

My heart hurt for both Ollie and Meadow for how they struggled with their parents, the lack of communication of emotions and support but I always believe that their are certain people in your life with whom even if you fall apart you find your way back and start from where you left off.
This story not only is a second chance romance but is also a beautiful lesson which shows you that’s it’s okay to change your dreams, your ideas and beliefs and it’s also okay to lean on someone. To have a person who becomes your breathing room, your human diary and your safe space. I adored how Ollie stood his ground and did not let the doubt of Meadow deter it.
With saying goodbye to this series I shed so many tears on few specific scenes but one of them was the letter and the final few chapters. Ollie and Meadow deserved this second chance. The yearning between the characters healed something in me.
