The best workout book. Very simple, very targeted and the results will have you coming back to the exercises. Spend $10 on the book, $10 on hand weights and save thousands from the cost of a gym. And look better.

you don't need a lot of space. you only need a chair, 2-5lb weights, maybe an exercise mat and ankle weights.
