I was expecting a more comprehensive guide but what’s here is great.

A slim volume with some useful information, geared toward an audience that is ready for a slightly more sophisticated puppet, but is not old enough to handle serious technical instructions or methods. The puppets themselves are simple and archetypal, useful as a starting point. But the instructions, although supported by lots of photos, seem to lack detail and the discussion of the subject lacks nuance and depth.
