Sun Tower #3

Crazy Little Thing Called Love

Rate this book
Once, Zinneerah Arain was that girl. With a voice of a blues legend, and a persona of an ‘80s rockstar, she was the heartbeat of every party. Now, she’s Zinneerah Shaan—silenced by vocal cord paralysis after an abusive relationship, bound in a marriage she thinks she doesn’t deserve, and with her confidence buried somewhere alongside the guitar she swore she’d never play again.

Outside, he’s Professor Raees, the aloof media journalism lecturer known for being annoyingly good (looking) at his job. But at home, he’s a golden retriever in human form—an overly optimistic chatter-bug, armed with a sweet tooth that’s borderline absurd thanks to his wife’s baking. Yet underneath his charms are scars from a cruel childhood. Oh, and a truth he can’t ignore: he’s been in love with Zinneerah for years. And figuring out how to be her husband is a battle he’s willing to win.

Together, they’re like a half-written song—clunky lyrics, a little offbeat, and stuck in a slow tempo. But if they can stop letting the past play lead guitar, they’ll figure out how to create something new for themselves. Sure, it might not be perfect, but the best songs never are.

ROMANCE IS FINALLY BACK BABY!

One of the best fucking things I have ever read in my whole entire life.

I just finished this book, and I am physically unwell. Like, how do I move on from this? How do I function like a normal human after experiencing this level of emotional destruction and literary perfection? Spoiler alert: I CAN’T.

From the first page, I knew this was THE romance. The type that grabs you by the hair, ruins your sleep schedule, and makes you rethink every mediocre situationship you've ever had (yes i had to call my situationship off because Raees Shaan is officially the standard). The writing? It felt like a love letter to my soul. The characters? SO well-written and painfully beautiful, and y'all I swear I was third-wheeling in their relationship. The angst? The slowburn? The yearning? The chemistry so intense it could power an entire city? UNMATCHED.

And let’s talk about the emotional rollercoaster. One moment I was giggling and kicking my feet, the next I was sobbing like my heart had been personally shattered. I highlighted entire chapters. I annotated like I was writing a dissertation. I will never shut up about this book. Ever.

If you’re looking for a love story that wrecks you in the best way possible, one that makes your heart ache and soar at the same time, read this IMMEDIATELY.

A special Thank You to Noor for personally sending me an e-arc to review!

The final Sun Tower book in the series is a reminder as to what Noor specializes in and that's writing emotional romances!

Raee and Zinneeah's relationship is one built off friendship and safety despite their arranged marriage. Their relationship is on the slowburn end of the spectrum because of the trauma they both carry. I particularly enjoyed this because we got to see them grow from the beginning and essentially see them fall in love (despite Raees already being WHIPPED from the very beginning).

Zinneerah after surviving an abusive relationship is struggling to find herself. She feels like whoever she was back then, isn't the same women she is today. She's navigating completely new circumstances and in doing so she's trying to find her own voice again. I love how Zinneerah is so protective of the people she loves, she defends those she loves with a fierce passion. I only aspire to be this loud with my love. Her journey throughout the book was simply beautiful to read about.

Raee wants to create a safe environment for Zinneerah but in this he also finds himself learning more about himself and his own complex relationship with his family. Raee is indeed a Golden Retriever boyfriend but he has a tender heart that has been exposed to some really dark things. Raees is the man who is willing to cry and be emotional. He is open to communication and respects ones boundaries. Everything he does is simply ABOVE AND BEYONDDDDD. (He also whimpers 😇)

Zinneerah and Raee are like the Sun and Moon, They both are so different from each other and yet are each others perfect halves. They both understand each other perfectly well and it shows in their actions. I really do love this duo, Raee takes devotion to a complete different level.

I love when we are exposed to the emotional side of romantic relationships because we really get to see these characters at their lowest and we see them overcome and finally find a home within their partner and that is exactly what this book does.

I loved so many cameos of the previous couples, y'all know that Alina and Azeer are my RIDE OR DIESSSSS. Seeing how they are doing and getting all the updates was too good!!! Zoha still remains to be my favorite bookish child TILL THIS DAY.

The 8 year epilogue brought me to tears, seeing them so happy and in love was so special. The Sun Tower series definitely will keep a piece of my heart. Noor has done a really great job!!

Trigger Warnings are important to read before you go into the book. I'll list a couple on here but I might have missed a few so please go to the authors page to review them!!
- FMC has severe vocal chord paralysis, she uses ASL to communicate
- Abusive relationship
- Car accident (Details)
- Domestic abuse
- Child abuse (physical)
- Toxic relationship
- Violence (Physical altercations)
- Assault (kiss without consent *Not between main characters)
- Pregnancy
- Depression (with suicide ideation & attempt)

I hope you guys are able to tune in and enjoy this book as much as I did!

I was incredibly lucky to be chosen as a part of Noor's Beta-reader team for this book, so this was actually my second time reading it after the draft, but I have to say this was easily one of the best books I've ever read, and Noor really out-did herself.

The story follows Zinneerah and Raees, two individuals who go through with an arranged marriage in the second book of the series. This book was full of witty banter, entertaining characters and a fun, fast-paced plot-line.

My one comment would be that I would love to get some more insight into Sahara's life because she seems so cool and just an interesting character but we haven't seen any character development when it comes to her.

I LOVED THE ALINA CAMEO (SO HAPPY FOR HER) AND DUA & ZAYAN ARE SO CUTEE

LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, MEET MY NEW FAVORITE BOOK!! THIS FREAKING BOOK HAS MY WHOLE HEART. Zinneerah and Raees are my absolute favorites. I absolutely devoured this book, EVERY SINGLE CHAPTER, PAGE, AND WORD. I was giggling throughout the book, right from the very start. I couldn't put it down once I started it.

RAEES SHAAN The man that he is. He won my heart from the very first chapter that was from his POV. The way he talks about Zinneerah, OMG! I NEED that. The little things he noticed about Zinneerah and the way he cared for her with patience made me love him so much. Every time he said 'MY WIFE' (and he said it so many times, I couldn't keep count), I squealed. At first, Zinneerah was closed off, but watching her come out of her shell and be comfortable around Raees was so beautiful. I adore her so much. She went through so much, and finally seeing her happy gave me so much joy. Their relationship made me realize why I love romance books so much. The bond they have is so precious. They really complete each other.

This book made me feel so many emotions. I had the BEST time reading it. I am definitely going to re-read it too many times. The ending was perfection, I was in tears. My heart was so happy. Go read this book RN!!

Thank you so, so much, Noor Shasha, for writing this beautiful book and giving me a chance to read it early!! You have a new fan. I haven't read the other books in this series, but I'm definitely going to read them now!!

ARC review

Zinneerah is an anxious girlie and I definitely get it. I too check locks I know are locked multiple times.

I feel so bad for Raees, he's just trying to be a good husband. he's so precious 😭 I'm rooting for you.

Raees is so obsessed with her and the little things she does. I love it. the way he stood up for her in the grocery store? yeah this man is so hot.

he has a trash a** ex. like girl don't be weird and leave this man alone. y'all not together no more so his life no longer concerns you. she can really piss of cause in two seconds from slapping her.

Raees and Zinneerah communicating in ASL when she surprised him is the cutest thing.

now Noor ... why in the world would you hurt my feelings like that and give us the flashback of what happened to Zinneerah? 😭 it was so much worse than I imagined. I'm with Raees, I want to cause physical harm to the person who did it to her. unlike like him though, I know who did it and I've hated him before I knew the extent of what he did. also for his sake he better be in jail.

I need Saira to get a f**king clue. NO ONE LIKES HER!

I'm doomed for pain I guess. now Raees is having mini flashbacks that are haunting him because of his dumb ex. I hate it here 😭

not gonna lie, I have no idea how Zinneerah was able to get back in a car following her accident. when an accident happened in high school I couldn't even go down the same road for months.

I can tell that Alex is the funny friend "if you ever need a third" girl Zinneerah shut that down so quick. she loves her friend, but that's her man and she don't share. as she should not.

Zinneerah literally went from one hell to the next between her egg donor and her that poor excuse of a human referred to as her ex. I hate them both.

Zinneerah is so cute for getting Raees a gift he wanted and surprising him with it. it's the little gestures between the two of them that have me swooning.

if it wasn't bloody clear before, let me make it CRYSTAL for you. CLEAR AS GLASS. I HATE SAIRA. THIS B**CH IS TRIFLING.

ZINNEERAH FINALLY REALIZING SHE'S IN LOVE WITH RAEES IS MY FAVORITE PART. this man has been hopelessly in love with her the whole time. I'm glad he never pushed her and she came to this conclusion on her own.

the grocery list is precious. especially him asking for ice cream and them going back and forth before she gives in. their relationship is so wholesome.

the way Raees stood up to Zinneerah's mother? bloody hell he's hot.

these two are so cute and awkward and dorky together. I loved every bit of them. Raees was so gentle and respective of Zinneerah. even without knowing her full backstory he never pushed. he was always ready to protect her no matter what. he was so hopelessly in love with her and I loved every second of it. one Zinneerah was comfortable with Raees (her hesitation was more than understandable) she loved that man so loud and proud 🤭💚. these two are some of my new favorite characters. with that being said I officially have no notes.

oh yeah guys, he braided her hair for her after tending to her during after care. I'm going to go lay alone now and sob.

y'all this book was everything and then some. I love how much these two loved each other. they were both broken in different aspects and needed to be healed. over time they healed one another and never pushed the other outside their comfort zone. their love was so pure and wholesome. if a handful of men could be as loving and attentive as Raees was. I would read this book ten times over because it was so good.

thank you to the author for the arc in exchange for a review! (please read the tws before reading!)

i've been looking forward to this book since zinneerah and raees were mentioned in fake it till we make it and they absolutely BLEW MY MIND. this book is the definition of a love story, the romance is so natural and progressed so perfectly <33 the length of this book is on the longer side but it's still not enough for me, i need 10 more volumes of these two just being cute together please and thank you.

the characters were very interesting to read about, i feel like i really made an emotional connection with them because they were very three dimensional and their personality was actually more than just one trait. zinnie literally deserves the world, i loved her character sm and raees is THE book bf of the month (or maybe the year). the romance... where do i even start?? this book is like it was written just for me, the slow burn was just the right amount to have me completely invested in them. the dynamics between the two are sooo cute, the way raees is completely obsessed with her omg. i already know this will be a book i'll need to reread one day (i will be begging for a physical copy on my birthday since I'm broke).

anyways, i absolutely adored this book and i can't believe the sun tower series is already completed but I'm also very excited for whatever else is currently being cooked up by the author.

An infinity of stars for this book ♥︎

From the first mention of these characters in the other books, I was instantly interested, curious, and attached. And when Noor announced Raees and Zinneerah, I knew I was gonna love their story so much and couldn't wait to read. I've had the highest expectations for this book, I was emotionally attached to the characters and their story just from the little sneak peaks we got, and I got everything I expected and more once I started reading this book!
I've loved Noor's writing from the moment I read WLGYL, and I thoroughly enjoyed all her books, but this book has consumed all my feelings, thoughts, and soul.
This was such a beautiful love story between two people who are so precious that you can't help but fall in love with them.

Zinneerah's strength and resilience are something to be admired. Seeing her coming out of her shell for Raees and for herself was so touching and heartwarming to read. I love and admire her so much. I could go on and on about how amazing she is because she truly is amazing!

And Raees, omg, this man had me swooning and melting and tearing up and giggling and flat out sobbing at how amazingly sweet he is! His patience and his love for Zinneerah and how he has waited for her to open up and be comfortable with him has made me fall more in love him and also raised my expectations so high I'll forever be single cuz I don't think there are men like him in this world!

This book is without any doubts, one of my top favourite books and one I will be rereading many many times. And even though it was long, I wish we had more of this couple because I would read hundreds more pages and still want more.

I have so many highlights on this books but here are some of my favourites:

“𝘚𝘩𝘦’𝘴 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘫𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘮𝘺 𝘸𝘪𝘧𝘦; 𝘴𝘩𝘦’𝘴 𝘮𝘺 𝘶𝘯𝘪𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘦 𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘢𝘱𝘴𝘶𝘭𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘥 𝘪𝘯 𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘰𝘯.”

“𝘠𝘦𝘴, 𝘐’𝘭𝘭 𝘢𝘭𝘸𝘢𝘺𝘴 𝘮𝘢𝘬𝘦 𝘢 𝘣𝘪𝘨 𝘥𝘦𝘢𝘭 𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘰𝘧 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺 𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘵𝘭𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘮𝘺 𝘸𝘪𝘧𝘦 𝘥𝘰𝘦𝘴. 𝘚𝘩𝘦 𝘵𝘳𝘶𝘭𝘺 𝘪𝘴 𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘢 𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘥.”

“𝘙𝘢𝘦𝘦𝘴 𝘫𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘮𝘢𝘬𝘦𝘴 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘐 𝘸𝘢𝘴 𝘵𝘰𝘭𝘥 𝘐 𝘥𝘰 𝘸𝘳𝘰𝘯𝘨, 𝘳𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵.”

I would recommend reading the trigger warnings before diving into this story. But if you like your romance where the mmc is pining for the fmc so hard and "my wife" moments, I totally recommend this book.

MS NOOR DID IT AGAIN!!!!!!
thank you so much for the ARC, couldn't be happier fr.
My first 5 ⭐️ of the year and I didn't doubt it when I started the book. I love the the plot and the vibes so much, desi romances never disappoint. If I was swooning for Azeer, I am definitely yearning for Raees. THIS MAN WILL NEVER COMPARE. PERIOD. A Caring, loving, sharing and patient husband that every single woman on earth search for.
I dream for love the way they loved and connected with each other. Zinnee also was the meaning of a beautiful, divine gorgeous woman existing.
I love how the trauma was explained and how relatable they felt to each other.

i’m so saying this because it was a beta-read, i just love when you see people genuinely fall in love. when they help you find that piece of yourself you lost because of trauma or you made yourself small to be palatable. when the actions line up with their words. omg, they were just PRECIOUS 🙂‍↕️😭

Crazy Little Thing Called Love by Noor Sasha
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (4/5 stars)
🩷 Emotional damage? Yes. Worth it? Also yes.

Crazy Little Thing Called Love is everything the title promises and then rips you open with. If you thought When Life Gives You Lemons was peak emotion, think again—Noor Sasha said “lemme go deeper” and then delivered the most soft, broken, yet achingly beautiful love story with Raees and Zinneerah.

From the literal first few chapters, I was already tearing up. Like, what do you MEAN two shattered people just found each other in this big wild world and healed together like THAT?! It’s not just a romance—it’s a freaking soul stitcher. Raees is one of the gentlest, green-flag-iest men to exist in fiction. And Zinnie? Zinnie is the kind of strong female character who doesn’t need to scream to be powerful. She’s been through hell, and yet she moves with softness, kindness, and a quiet fire that will absolutely destroy you (in the best way).

Their chemistry?? Absolutely deranged. But not in a toxic, chaotic way. More like… “you see me when I don’t even see myself” kinda way. They’re vulnerable and messy and protective of each other in a way that makes you feel like you’re intruding on something sacred. Every shared look, every comforting moment, every piece of emotional wreckage they hold for each other—chef’s kiss. Also, let’s not ignore the iconic cameos from Alina, Azeer, Nyla, Shahzad, and of course baby Zoha. Sun Tower hive, we are SO fed.

What makes this story hit even harder is how Noor wraps the themes of healing, found family, grief, and love in such lyrical writing. It doesn’t feel rushed or forced—just deeply felt. The way the smallest characters are crafted with purpose? Unmatched. The way you finish the book feeling like you lost friends? Also unmatched.

Honestly, it’s rare to find an author who can write about pain, healing, softness, and love all in the same breath. Noor, thank you for writing people like Raees. Thank you for giving us Zinneerah. And thank you for wrecking my standards for men forever (I will never find a Raees-Azeer hybrid irl but I’m manifesting anyway).

In short:
If you’re into soft boys with cinnamon roll hearts, broken girls learning to bloom again, emotional chaos that ends in healing, and the kind of writing that makes your soul ache—you need this book.

💔 Trigger Warnings:
• Mental health themes
• Grief/loss
• Past trauma
• Emotional abuse (past)
• Mild references to addiction
• Recovery

💘 Tropes:

Friends to lovers, he falls first, emotional healing, found family, second chances, cinnamon roll MMC, emotionally damaged but trying, hurt/comfort, soft slow burn

Have I finally found another unicorn in the South Asian romance category??? You bet your ass I did! I almost didn't want to say anything for fear of jinxing it but dammit this book is phenomenal and everyone should be reading it ASAP and I'm gonna be shouting it from the rooftops!

This book is the most fluffiest tragic book ever written - yes I know those two things are polar opposites but this book makes it work. Both the MCs had such tragic pasts, so much hurt and suffering in their lives but then they heal and learn to love together and it was beautiful to behold. Their healing was so realistically portrayed - nothing got resolved in a day/week/month. It took years people! And there was realistic talk of therapy and how even after all of that, there will still be rough days. Now, was the MMC OTT simp? Yep. Was the friend group a little too conveniently supportive? Yep. Were most members in both the MCs families almost evil? Kinda, yeah. Were the inner monologues a little too ramble-y? Yep. But it worked for me, I was just in the mood for reading something like this and I'm more than happy to have found a new author to binge.

This was a really cute and chill read. It’s the kind of book you get through in a week or two, more relaxed than binge-worthy. Personally, I did find it a little too long for a romance, but it was still enjoyable :D

Because I LOVED LOVED LOVED LOVED it! The way their love had so much patience and yearning?! I was giggling throughout the book and mans has loved her for 6 YEARS?! This book is the reason my standards are so high. This man was literally beyond perfect that I’m sure he doesn’t exist. I pray for all the good women out there that we all get a man like him because when I tell you.

My heart was palpitating for this entire book and I want to re-read it again and again and again and again- ugh!

Side note; I loved that one of the characters said she doesn’t buy Starbucks anymore and we know exactly why😝

Thankyou to the author for sending me this book for review!

content warnings: Abuse, Childhood Abuse, Domestic Violence, (not between the main couple), Assault

Firstly, this is the 3rd book in a series 😅 which I didn’t realise until I finished the book BUT.. can definitely be read a standalone, which I very much did and really enjoyed!

I think this is the first arranged marriage book i’ve read and I was OBSESSED with it. I love that the story starts with them already married and slowly fills in the info about how they met and shows them learning to love with each other.

OMG the yearning in this book is superior, like an unmatched level of yearning on both characters parts. Raees is just so unbelievably devoted and obsessed with Zinneerah. ALSO DUAL POV 🥳🥳

I love how both the main characters are each dealing with separate issues and they both help each other through them slowly. More often than not, I see romance books where one character is struggling immensely and the other is just used as a way to solve an issue.

I don’t want to spoil too much but the later scenes where Zinneerah reconnects with some old friends had me SOBBING. It was so beautifully well done.

The only issue I had was that the book was on the longer side for a romance book and probably could’ve been cut back to make the story more engaging and fluid in some moments.

I can’t say much about the accuracy of representation in the book but i really liked reading about a main character using ASL and her husband learning it to communicate easier.

Overall, really beautiful story !! (and i’ll definitely need to go back and read the others in this series)

This was the book I was waiting for! I had been counting down the days since December, but the release kept getting pushed back. And let me tell you—it was worth the wait.

I loved every single minute of this book. It made me feel so giddy, so lovesick—I fell in love with love all over again. The chemistry between Raees Shaan and Zinneereh? Perfection. The slow burn? So, so good. The angst? Just the right amount. And the way heavy topics were handled? With so much care and depth.

And let’s talk about Raees Shaan—this man is the standard. My man. I want him. I need him. He had me swooning left and right. And Zinneereh? I adored her! Their moments together were everything, but one of my absolute favorites? That cookie scene. When Raees had crumbs on his lips and thought Zinnie was asking for a kiss? Aahhh! My poor man really got his hopes up.

I couldn’t put this book down—I even re-read it immediately after finishing it. It was that good. If you love a well-done arranged marriage romance with the perfect mix of tension, longing, and heartfelt moments, this book is for you. I know I’ll be coming back to it again and again.

Absolutely loved it!

I picked this up after a rather emotionally draining fantasy series and maybe it wasn’t the best time to read this because I also cried a lot reading this book! Haha but it was still definitely worth it!

I’m a sucker for an MMC that falls fast and hard and Raees was no exception. Watching Zinneerah build trust with him and slowly fall in love with him was equally rewarding. Raees is a golden retriever through and through, and it was so hopeful to see him want to give so much love even after everything he had been through.

Alex and Ophelia were chefs kiss best friends and was happy to see them forgive Zin so fast. I’ve had experiences with a loved one being in an emotionally abusive relationship, and having them back was all that mattered in the end.

Definitely check trigger warnings but I highly recommend this read. It was a beautiful story about clawing your way through trauma and back to yourself.

Alina and Azeer move tf over, a new couple has entered the villa.

If I could give this book six stars I would.

They need to invent a new color of flags for Raees Shaan because green just doesn’t cover it. This man is perfect in every aspect of the word. Respectful, patient, sensitive, loyal, brave, kindhearted, adorable, so fucking sweet I’m pretty sure I’m diabetic now. Men should take a course on how to be more like Raees because perfection can be achieved and he is it.

Zinnie’s character development was done great. The way her real persona starts to shine through the more Raees breaks her barriers down was well paced. I loved the addition of Alex and Ophelia to her life and story because they definitely helped her out of her shell.

All I could ever ask for is a love as beautiful, as patient, and as healthy as Zinnie and Raees’.

He's so dramatic it's honestly so adorable. The cameos of Azeer and Alina are kinda making me crave a reread.

"they’re kids with messy lives, learning how to walk the tightrope of responsibility for the first time."

"Dancing Queen, Take On Me, Radio Ga Ga, Karma Chameleon, Footloose"

"I love him so much. Not the kind that consumes you, but the kind that builds you, brick by brick, until you’re a person you didn’t think you could ever be."

“Just a little scoop, okay? You’ve got school tomorrow.”
She laughs. “The education system cannot control my need for sweets, Father.”

my god, noor. that’s literally all i can say.
and i thought when life gives you lemons was good, but this? this is all i can think about for the next year.
i went through so many emotions when i read this—not even 70 pages in, and i was already crying. that’s how emotive the writing is (or it could just be that i’m sensitive, who really knows).
when i started reading, i created a note in my notes app so i could list my reactions for this review. the one phrase that came up most? ‘raees shaan the man you are’. because dear god, is he a MAN.
raees is the most gentle mmc i’ve ever seen, and zinnie? my poor, wonderful, strong zineerah who’s been through so much watched him overdose on sugar and just accepted it from the get go. they were both so lovesick from the very beginning and i refuse to say otherwise; it just worsened as time went on.
watching as zinnie finally found herself again, mending old friendships, broke me. over and over. and then raees was there, picking up the pieces of not only my heart, but hers, too.
the more you read, the more you realise they really are just two broken souls—broken shards of glass that came together to form the most beautiful mosaic. and seeing them both get so protective over the other? when’s it my turn???
as sad as i am that the sun tower series is now officially over, i’m so pleased with the ending. i’m so glad everyone got their little happy ever afters, and i’m even happier for azeer and alina. (oh yea, their cameos got me kicking my feet and giggling on multiple occasions. i genuinely pray for a relationship like theirs.) every character, no matter how small or big, was written perfectly. noor’s good like that; i’ve now realised how perfectly crafted even the side characters are, to the point where i just kind of want a book with everyone.
noor, you seriously have changed my life. cheesy? maybe. but i don’t care—you’re the reason i write, you’re the reason i read, you’re the reason i set unrealistic standards for men (i have no idea how im gonna find a raees and an azeer and a shahzad all in one man, but i’m praying allah will make it work HAHA).
i love you, i love raees, i love zinneerah, i love nyla and shahzad and alina and azeer and, of course, my baby zoha.
there’s so much more i want to say, but i can’t even formulate sentences. plus, i know tiktok’s fucked people’s attention spans (yes, yours included if you’ve actually read this), so i think this is a good place to end this lengthy review.
thank you, noor. i’m so excited to flip through the pages of what you have next in store for us 💜

Noor noor noor, Girl you got me hooked from literally the starting. I'm so glad I got the arc. This book was simply everything I needed.
Raees Shaan. This man, gosh this man. He is literally perfect. This book made me feel so many emotions and the amount of times I have cried is crazy. Raees is so different from all the other mmc's I have read about so far. And I lovee him a lot.I love how he always patiently waited for Zinneerah, giving her the love, time and space she needed. Never once asking or forcing her to do something she didn't want to. He was always ready to give her the world without her even asking. god that makes me love him sm more.He always noticed everything about Zinneerah. He is so adorable, (I want to pull his cheeks and kiss his handsome face). I love Azeer and Shahzad, but Raees? He is now the owner of my heart.
And Zinneerah Shaan, my baby, she deserves the entire freaking world. I'm so proud of her. The way she didn't let her past stop her from doing what she wanted. How she accepted Raees with open arms and how she fixed her friendship with Alex and Ophelia. How she is so strong and fierce. They way she never let anyone make Raees feel uncomfortable.
Raees and Zinneerah's love is so beautiful it makes me crave love like theirs. I love love loveee how they both were so different yet so similar. They both helped each other heal and completed each other in the most beautifull way. They were literally the missing puzzle from each others lives. Seeing them happy literally makes me happy.
I love Raees and Zinneerah so much.
I loveeee Zinneerah's friends and oh god the cameos?? I was literally screaming. Reading about my other babies made me so happy. This book is definitely my most fav book of this series. I'm so sad that we won't be getting any more of this series but the ending makes up for it. The ending was so perfect. And I want to give Noor a huge thank you for writing their beautiful stories and giving us a chance to read them. I'm literally crying cause this was the last book of sun tower series and I'm gonna miss all of them so much.
You all better go and start reading this cause I can assure you, you won't be disappointed.

I loved the dedication, it made me put the book down and think about it!!!

This book is my favourite book in the Sun Tower series!!!

I was hooked on this book from the first chapter. I loved how Raees is so in love with Zinneerah. First of all, both names are beautiful. Raees has loved her for 6 years in secret, but his love is so pure that he never forced it on her. He was just him, and she naturally fell in love with him. He learns ASL for her to communicate with her is ❤️, and the way he always says “My wife” is giving 😍

Raees’s sweet tooth and Zinneerah’s observation of that were so funny. Throughout the book, he would put 3 teaspoons of sugar and sweetened oat milk in his mouth and eat the baked goods that his wife would make, and Zinneerah would have to take the baked goods away from him. The beginning of chapter 14 was hilarious, when they are both eating cookies, and Raees is enjoying himself too much. When he reaches for another cookie and Zineerah pulls the plate away, Raees acts too cute and starts sighing. Then Zinneerah takes a cookie and gives him half of it, he lights up like a kid on Christmas. I love it when a man acts like a child with his wife; it's adorable.

The almost kiss moment was so funny, how she was telling him he had chocolate on his face, but he thought she was asking him to kiss her. And to compensate, she puts a cookie in his mouth and bites the other half and runs away. Their eating scenes in the book have to be favourites, they are adorable and so romantic. They make such a cute couple where one cooks and the other bakes, and one likes coffee and one likes tea. They are complete opposites, but they are adorable. Also, this man keeps a PICTURE OF HIS WIFE IN HIS WALLET!!!! That's so old, love coded!!!

The scene in which Zinneerah realizes she is pregnant is something I was waiting for because these two deserve the world, and the fact that they will have a kid made my heart burst with happiness.

Two broken souls healed by the profound love and admiration they share for one another.

GIRL. I have not known peace since finishing this book. I am a shell of my former self. This slow-burn, arranged marriage, softest love story ever has me giggling, kicking my feet, and actually sobbing into my pillow at 2 AM. Like, how do I even go on after this???

Okay, so boom—our girl Zinneerah has been through it. Like, real trauma, real heartbreak, real “I will never trust a man again” energy. And honestly? Valid. Then comes Raees, the man her family arranges her to marry, and you just KNOW it’s gonna be a journey. But this man… THIS MAN. He’s not like anyone she’s ever known. He’s quiet. Gentle. Doesn’t push. Doesn’t expect. He just… waits. For her. For her trust, her comfort, her love.

And the way he shows love??? I CAN’T. He bought all her favourite horror movies and watches it with her even tho he hates horror movies. He cooks everyday for her. He never ever raises his voice at her, always asks her consent about every little thing, speaks so gently AND COUGH COUGH HAS BEEN IN LOVE WITH FOR SIX YEARS.
And when she finally starts to open up to him? When she chooses him back? STOP. I was SCREAMING. Like full-body chills, hugging my Kindle, re-reading every little moment because it’s just so pure.

If you love a slow-burn so slow it’s practically simmering for 500 pages, if you adore a love story where healing is just as important as romance, and if you want a male lead who is the literal blueprint for kindness??? Pick this damn book up bc girllll it will destroy you in the best way.

Wow. Raees is literally my dream husband. He's the sweetest and has the kindest soul. Zinneerah and Raees are literally soul mates.
I can't believe this is the last book of the series. I love that it ended with this couple. For me it felt like she saved the best for last.
But I still want to know what's going to with Alina and Azeer. I thought they were good and I'm not fully sure why they were fighting but all I know is that Azeer kind of irrated me when he was acting like a duche. But I'm happy they resolved their issues.
I also wanted to see what else happens with Raees' father.
But all in all this book was really good. And now I'm finally out of a book slump.

Thank you to the author for providing me with an advanced copy in exchange for an honest review!

Zineerah and Raees's love story is my favorite in the Sun Tower series. I love how Raees was down bad for his wife, and as someone who doesn't highlight in books, I found myself stopping to highlight all the moments where he was absolutely and completely in love with Zineerah. I also loved Zinnerah's friends and found them hilarious. Overall, I was completely hooked and found myself grinning like a fool and being happy over their love story.

Anything Noor writes, I read. This was no exception. With every story, she's grown in her writing and it is extremely noticeable. I cried reading Zinneerah and Raees's story is heartwarming, loving, and full of so much healing. They reminded me how this is everyone's first time living life. No one is better at it than others, they're merely trying to get through day by day. Zinneerah is incredibly strong and I am in love with her (Raees would definitely be like uh no I love her more, but whatever). Please, please, please give this story a chance!!!
