I don't know what to say about this book.

It was a novel and self-help book rolled into one. It has successfully taken me on a journey of self-discovery and a better understanding of mindfulness and flow.

The characters are inspiring, and the problems the main character overcame can be placed into everyday life that we may all suffer at some point or other such as, depression/anxiety, disagreements, problem solving, grief, I could go on but I won't. If you want to know more, you will not be disappointed!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This book is full of interesting, mind challenging concepts. It will get you thinking. It takes its time developing the concepts and ends up being pretty lengthy. It is worth the read. It follows a young man who struggles with depression and anxiety through his life lessons to enlightenment and fullfillment.

Throughout this book, its main character imparts numerous profound lessons that often go overlooked in our day-to-day lives. It is a must-read, without a doubt, as it has strong philosophical underpinnings. Most characters in the narrative do not have names, lending the description a unique and distinctive quality. Then reading this book was a rewarding experience as I recognized the message's unwavering strength and ability to inspire meaningful change.

Worth a try!

A story about life and death and everything in between. Written in the eyes of the main character who meanra life lessons and in turn teaches others about how to live a fulfilling life. (Warning to those who rely on chapters..this book has no chapters, as it is a constant flow of thought). Enlightening topics of life and nothingness.
