Has a 4-12 yo children's story about constipation, leaks and toileting. For adults, there is a very concise description of the bladder, bowel and pelvic muscle system, followed by some intriguing physical therapy exercises. Most are easy for 4+ yo kids, some creativity will be required to figure out how to do those exercises with younger kids. Both the strength and weakness of this book is its brevity. There is no explanation, for example, of the specific pathways or mechanisms that are targeted by each physical therapy exercise.
