Some of this information was slightly dated (mainly information about oral estradiol) but this is the best, most helpful, most informative book I’ve read so far on menopause, and I’ve read a LOT.

I include these books because though some would find it taboo to talk about, or embarrassing to post on their book feed, I think everyone should be talking about this subject openly. Everyone…EVERYONE will have at least one woman in their life affected by it and it needs to be destigmatized. More importantly, I am determined to learn as much as I can to prevent my daughters from trying to navigate this in the dark when their time comes. I refuse to have them suffer to the extent I have suffered.
