This textbook actually ATE. The Bloomsbury Publishing ones are always the most informative and engaging. And yes I literally read this entire textbook. It made me love Scots property law, which is a class I was initially dreading.

Unlike a lot of other law textbooks it is easy to read and understand. It gives you lots of relevant information without going overboard and providing so much that it’s confusing. It also includes diagrams which are helpful for areas where it’s difficult to visualise what the text is describing. A good textbook for anyone studying Scots Law
