A resource for managing either a temporary or chronic condition

This cookbook has a lot more to offer than just a lot of recipes. It helps you to use your diet as a daily tool for managing pancreatitis symptoms. It demystifies pancreatitis by helping the reader to understand the causes and recognize the symptoms. I found the information on which foods to avoid and which foods to embrace to be very helpful.
