As a parent of a newly 5 year old, and a 3 month old it was SO refreshing to be able to find something that supported both ages. I LOVED how supportive it was for parents as well, and the language it used. It felt really down to earth, while also so supportive. It also felt like there were calming pictures, and text color used, which only contributed that comforting feeling. I feel there is a lot of stress behind sleeping, and enacting routines with sleep and kids/babies, and this brought a sense of calmness while also educational.
