The idea for her debut book, Becoming Her, was born in 2019 when Jessica began her own season of intentional healing through counseling, artistic expression, and spiritual disciplines. Soon after, Jessica embarked on her journey to becoming a clinically trained Licensed Professional Counselor. Today, Jessica specializes in treating trauma and OCD with emphases on faith, identity, sexuality, anxiety, and family of origin issues.

This book made me feel so seen! Jess digs in to the real, messy, hard parts of our hearts and our faith through her story. I think every woman, no matter their season, will be able to identify with this book.

This book was so beautiful. I know more of who Jesus is because of reading it and also was able to begin to process some of the deep wounds in my life. I will recommend this book to every woman I know!!!!!! And I will for sure be coming back to it!
