The purpose of this book is to allow couples to get a good workout while also bettering their relationship. This book is an exercise book and not necessarily a sex manual. However, in every workout, you will be having sex. I have tried to make the descriptions neither vulgar nor banana = penis, pom-pom = vagina. The words entering, riding, and thrusting are also used a good bit, but I don’t feel like these words need any explanation. The only equipment required for these workouts is a yoga mat and exercise ball. The size of the exercise ball is based on the size of the people using it. You may have to experiment with different sizes to see what works for you. For a good starting point, measure from the floor to the man’s banana and buy an exercise ball that has a diameter as close to this dimension as possible. During the course of each workout, you will be connecting and disconnecting with your partner multiple times. Therefore, I recommend using lots of lube. Also, if you are using a condom, make sure the condom stays lubricated and the lubricant is compatible with the condom material. If the condom gets dry, it will break.Many of these exercises are challenging, and a highly detailed explanation of how to perform them is not included in this book. If there is an exercise that you are not familiar with, please become proficient with the exercise at the gym before you try it in the bedroom. Yoga poses are also used in these workouts. Again, familiarize yourself with these poses before trying them as described in this book. You should contact your doctor before trying any new exercise program. Have fun!
