Honestly, this book feels like it was written by AI. The personal pronoun "I" is only used in the introduction and again on the very last page. No author is named, nor is any bio given. No personal illustrations are given, and the illustrations used feel contrived and made up. It's a book full of information, exacting, repetitive information. But it has no soul. That is ironic, because it purports to explore "emotional" intelligence.
