Mob Lawyer 9: A Legal Thriller
It’s no secret that the Febbo crime family is going legit, and as their attorney-consigliere, Hunter has been instrumental in constructing the legal framework to not only sever any unpleasant ties to the past, but also binding the other families’ legitimate businesses to the Febbos.
It wasn’t easy, but the end is finally in sight. Unfortunately, the Dominican mob from uptown has no interest in going legit, and is more than willing to use ‘old school’ tactics against the Febbos since they know the Febbos want to stay clean, and thus won’t want to retaliate in the old fashioned way.
Hunter has to navigate a deadly course between showing strength to the Dominicans and not breaking the law. A single misstep could result in the Febbo’s plans for legitimacy going up in smoke and an all out gang war.

A Suspenseful Mob Lawyer Novel
Dave Daren has written a really suspenseful mob lawyer novel that you just keep turning the pages. Hunter Morgan, the mob lawyer, has the most wonderful and protective pet that you could ever wish for!
The novel takes place in New York and a little outside of New York. Yo can imagine yourself as a third party observer listening and watching the action.
A great read!

I hope this series continues
As I read this series I do not need the author to reiterate what has happened before, makes me not want to continue. Once a series reader is hooked just keep the story interesting. I was saddened regarding Leo and Gabriel. I want revenge also. This author can continue this story , I would add more legal information to not be so simplistic.
Need to find a hacker.

Not his best
I think this is the fifth Dave Darren book I've read. It's the first that wasn't a four or five. This one seemed slower than the others. After a time I couldn't stay focused.

Outstanding
Darren is the real deal! His books are funny entertaining and gripping. Another one I couldn't put down. He's outstanding in every way.

An okay read
Do wish the author would quit with the description of the cars!
