Addison grew up in a pack where women were treated like servants or worse. Having lost her mother and only protector young, Addison took the worst of the pack's abuse. Her only hope of escaping was that her fated mate would find her and rescue her from the torturous prison her life had become. After years of being told she was worthless, will Addison let the voices of her past keep her from having what’s right in front of her?

Nathan’s whole life has been serving and protecting the pack. He has always wanted to be deserving of his mate when he found her. Having just failed at keeping his pack Luna safe Nathan is at one of the darkest points of his life. So why, when he deserves her least does the moon goddess choose not to reveal his mate to him now? Can he be who she deserves, or should he find a way to let her go find what she deserves?

MAKE SURE U READ DARKNESS CALLS 1ST TO GET FULL CHARACTER EXPERIENCE. IT STARTS OFF WHERE THAT ONE ENDS.

This Novella is bout wolf shifters Nathan is in Ryker's pack, and they rescued some of the other packs, and Allison was one of them that had a rough upbringin and is Nathan's mate. I absolutely love seein Ryker and Ceren's growth in this Novella. Aling with Nathan and Addison gettin to know there mate. They are so adorable, and i love all of them. I can't wait to read bout Stryker, finding his mate and reading bout the others in his journey.

I really liked this fated mate shifter book. Addison is such a great character, with her child-like wonder of all the things she should have experienced, instead of the trauma and abuse that she did. Her and Nathan's storyline flows nicely and gives you everything you want - some angst, some drama, a little violence and a whole lot of steamy scenes!

I was given a review copy of this, my review is honest and voluntary.

I really enjoyed Addie and Nate's story. After going through so much Addie is given a chance to enjoy life, which is shown through her child-like enthusiasm for food.

This is a continuation of Darkness Calls, which needs to be read first to really understand the full story and get the background for the characters.

This book was amazing! Amazing shifter series filled with lots of character development and will have you hooked. I loved that we still got to see the characters from book 1 but I absolutely loved the relationship between Nathan and Addie. Addie is so strong, brave, and caring. I can’t wait for more of this series, hopefully Addie is in the next one a little bit because she’s my favorite.

I enjoyed Nate and Addie’s story so much! I love the growth both characters had and how they both helped each other heal from past traumas.
I can’t wait to see what else Kora Raine comes out with and I’m hoping to see more of these characters, along with some new characters from this world!

Another fun, quick, spicy shifter read by Kora Raine! I loved reading Nate and Addie's story. In addition to action and humor, this book has some trauma/healing, which was written well. I'd love to read more in this series!
