Book contains great lessons for all professionals in the insurance industry and beyond. Mr. Maguire develops on the importance of staying physically and mentally fit, and that's the kind of culture he has instilled on Philadelphia Insurance Companies. Some of my favorite quotes include:
• "Winners show up every day. Successful businesspeople, like successful athletes, summon the will to compete every day."
• "Maintain a balance between business and personal lives. They feed off each other."
• "The will to win is not nearly as important as the will to prepare to win."
• "I needed a sounding board, not a yes-man."
