In scarce price-clipped dust jacket (boy fishing along side his dog), with a small water spot on left side of front panel. A little color fade to spine panel. A couple of tiny chips at top edge of back panel, which is a little shelf rubbed. Mild yellowing internally along front & rear hinge.

Also known as Frederick Benjamin Gipson. He is best known for writing the 1956 novel Old Yeller, which became a popular 1957 Walt Disney film.
