One man, incensed at the unjust treatment of the motorist at the hands of north London’s traffic wardens, is driven to take the law into his own hands. Following a string of undeserved parking tickets, a fatal accident involving his car leads him to a life on the run; culminating with his belief that a higher power has commanded him rid the world of the evil of parking attendants. The story is told in a style of black, cynical humour and would appeal to fans of writers such as Ben Elton and Zadie Smith.
