Tad has been feeling strange lately. As a thirty-five year old foreman on a construction site, he’s got a great life…but he’s lonely. And after spending time with his buddy and his Little, Tad is even more aware of how badly he wants a Little of his own. When something is triggered in his biology, he goes from living a quiet and normal existence to needing to pump milk that now leaks constantly. It’s a crazy change that he’s not sure how to handle.
Oliver works at home and keeps mostly to himself. As much as he wants to find a Daddy to take care of him, he’s afraid to open up to a stranger. So he orders fresh milk from The Lactin Brotherhood and takes advantage of their in-person resources when he needs extra comfort.
When Oliver is asked to help out Tad, a new member who isn’t handling his new reality very well, he’s eager to step up. Not only for the yummy reward but because he genuinely wants to help the man who is probably very confused about what’s happening to his body.
Neither of them expected to be exactly what the other was looking for.
Trained By His Little is a co-authored collaboration in The Lactin Brotherhood series about men who naturally lactate and the guys who need them. In this standalone, you’ll get a sweet and sexy story that brings together a sexy Daddy who experiences a confusing life change and an adorable and loving Little who just needs someone to tuck him in and support his oral fixation in whatever way works for them. This is the first Daddy/boy lactation kink book by Alex Blaine and Avery Rhodes in The Lactin Brotherhood universe.
This was my favorite one. When Ollie surprised Tad 🥺 that was adorable and heartwarming. THENNNN the part where Tad uses his milk as lube. Sweet Jesus. So hot.
“Your pretty hole was so thirsty, baby. I needed to get it nice and wet so I can feed you my cock.”
This might have been my favorite one from this series so far!!! It was really easy and relaxing to read since there isn’t any kind of drama and both MCs worked out so well. It might have been insta love like but Idc, since I adored them both so much. I liked Oliver’s little side, some maybe would find it too much since he does wets himself and use diapers and most of the scenes with him and Tad are in his regressed state (he does comes out of it), but for me it was perfect. And Tad as his daddy couldn’t have been a better daddy ahhhh is m so glad they found each other! Also Tad using his milk as lib really got me snorting love that…even tho real lube would be better don’t forget lol.
Things move quickly for the couples in this series, so if you're looking for sweet, fun and quick novellas, with Daddy kink and most of the series with age play, I would give this a try. I would say this is my 3rd favorite of the series? I like how the scenarios are different for each couple.
Absolutely ADORED this book!! Such a good quick read that definitely leaves you craving for more of this milky sweet story!! (人´∀`) ♡
My heart didn’t stand a chance, it was immediately snatched up by little Ollie~ Be prepared to melt from cuteness and have something near by when the cute aggression ignites. Loved every part of this book, but I do have to confess that Oliver’s parts were my favorite and was what made it hard to put it down for even a second.
Dreaded seeing the page numbers get closer to the end, but totally worth reading and seeing their relationship deepen. The fluff was fluffing and the spice was spicing as well. Top tier, full meal, absolutely recommended ♥︎(´꒳` )
I received an arc and am willingly leaving an honest review
Short but full of sweetness! Tad and Oliver are a great pair and had great chemistry. I got to read this book early as an ARC and I'm sure yall will love it when it's published for everyone to read.
I wish this was a full length book!! I loved the age play aspect along with the lactation. I just wish it didn’t progress so fast and had more storyline.
This series is the best. I have read two books so far (. (1&4) It is an Interesting concept. I like that it is a quick read when I need something light and fun.
I thoroughly enjoyed this book. My only disappointment was that it was over too soon. It has everything I look for in a book. The dynamic was established. The interactions felt genuine and heartfelt. The steamy stuff was extra steamy. I will say I enjoyed Ollie’s parts the best, they just seem to come from such a heartfelt place. I felt like I was in the story! Great book!

This was a sweet story of how Daddy Tad found his perfect little in Oliver who found his dream in Tad. I loved how their relationship grew slowly into something that was there forever. Easy to read, feel and understand. This was a MM story with mature content and a BDSM-like DDLB dynamic with male lactation.
This is the first book I’ve read from this author, which was delightful. Tad, the silver fox that doesn’t know he’s a silver fox, starts to lactate late in life. Talk about a freakout. The way the nurse was at the beginning of his appt was hilarious. It’s always a blessing when you get information for a support group.
In comes fantastic Oliver. The sweet little was referred to Tad from the support group because he knows how to help. You could practically see him bouncing on the balls of his feet with excitement. He gets to help Tad’s with his milk supply issue.
Neither one of them thought that Tad’s fear and Oliver’s excitement would lead to a lovely relationship that was low angst, funny, sweet, friendship, overcoming fears, and love.
I will be reading the rest of the Brotherhood Universe.
I received an advance review copy for free and am leaving this review voluntarily.
This was so fun to read! I really enjoyed this one because it was more involved in the Lactin Brotherhood and over lapped the Vegas event. I really felt like it tied back into the first two well as a series, but it could still be a stand-alone.
The spice was so good, and the connection between the two characters grew in such a loving and attentive way. I know this isn't meant to be super plot driven but my minus 1 star is due to the opening of the book being us meeting Uncle Tad and a rambunctious brat little being a bigger part of life. I was disappointed that in the end, he didn't end up sharing his special boy with his friend and let that come full circle.
ARC Review.
I'm looking forward to more to come! I love this little niche.
Just like you wouldn't adopt a cat if you actually hated cats... Please don't read this book if you know you're not into the things portrayed in it!
Ted begins lactating late in life and has no idea how to handle his new reality. Cue Ollie, who helps him to cope with his new norm.
This was a very cute, very quick story about two people finding their perfect halves. As a novella it had everything you expect - rising action, climax, etc. lots of climaxes if you know what I mean 😜 - and could easily have been lengthened into a full length novel with some added content, but overall it was a quick, cute read!
Such a sweet Daddy romance. When Tad's life changes in an unexpected way, he's prepared for the worst. Only this new change leads to his perfect little. Ollie is absolutely adorable, and my heart goes out to him.
If you are looking for a quick and fun read, I recommend this series. I'm glad I took a chance on it!
Tad needs help now that he’s lactating at 35 years old. Collin suggests contacting Oliver, a Little, who buys Collin’s fresh, breast milk. Will Oliver be able to help Tad by suckling skin to skin? Enjoy their desires, embarrassments and solutions as well as their steamy moments!!!
i LOVED this read. im usually on the slower side when it comes to reading but i did not want this one to end. their connection was absolutely incredible. very touching to read ollie’s pov & how he saw things through his eyes. such a sweet boy

This book is such a sweet story, its definitely a different kind of kink, with daddies who lactate. But the sweet genuine love and insecurities both men have makes them the perfect pair. I finished it one day😁 if you want a daddy and boy love story that will make you smile, this is it!
Tad and Oliver's book is so good. I really enjoyed how you got to know the characters and I liked how they met. The way their relationship started and grew was very good. I likes how they cared for each other and are a perfect match. You should definitely read this book!
I really enjoyed this story. This was such an original and fascinating idea for a series and I have really enjoyed them. These two were so cute together and I loved how they helped each other.
I am so absolutely in love with this amazing series! This book in the series was just as great as the others and the characters are so wonderful, such a sweet daddy and little. Lactation rocks and I hope there will be many more books in this series!
[I received an advanced copy of this book. All reviews and ratings are my own.]
Short and Sweet.
A Daddy who starts to lactate in his mid-thirties meets a Little who wants to help him become more comfortable with his condition. Tad and Oliver/Ollie are both awkward and adorable, with a dynamic that is established lightning fast, but is still believable.
Lately, everything I read is M/M and it all tends to follow the same formula and trope. While this book has the pretty standard Daddy/boy age play, the lactation adds a dimension to what could have easily been the same old, same old. Instead, I found the story to be fresh and engaging, and it kept my attention.
My only complaint is how short it is. I would have loved to see more character development, and more relationship development between Tad and Oliver, not just Daddy and Ollie.
This won't be for everyone, and that's fine. But if you're someone that can read about things they might not be into, or if you're even a little curious, it's worth a read. The whole series is.
This novella is such a sweet, quick read. Perfect for a pick-me-up, pallette cleanser, or when you're just in the mood for light hearted, milky goodness.
Tad is a Daddy without a little. Ollie is a little without a Daddy. But when Tad starts unexpectedly lactating, they both are given a new opportunity with each other. Low angst, insta attraction, as Tad quickly becomes accustomed to his new bodily function and the boy who greedily reaps the benefits.
The best part though, imo, is the diaper play which had not yet been explored in this series. There's a super heart melting scene when the diapers are first introduced that just gave me all the feels. And a very naughty, milky scene at the end that was perfection ;)
Definitely worth reading this book and the rest of the series
