This was such a cute story that was a whole lot of fun and made us laugh out loud through the entire story. We are really loving this series it has such a great cast of characters.
We loved Jessica as she was sassy and funny and although she normal plays things safe she throws the towel in and starts taking risks and experiencing life for the first time and she starts with a one night stand with that hottie Spade.
Spade -We loved the sexy alpha biker who was a total badass but, he also had a softer side to him and one who loves his overwhelming interfering large family.We loved how protective he was and he was sexy a sin and had quite the sensual dirty talker who had a adventurous side.
Overall we loved the story as it was a whole lot of fun.Jessica and Spade made the perfect couple as they were perfect for one another she is everything he was attracted to and craved in a women and he was her bad boy that helped her release the bad girl that was locked away but, who craved freedom and adventure and he give her just what she needed.
This one hot read ! Both characters spread their wings and found their perfect mate and started a new adventure and found their happily ever afters !

We have another wild ride with the Dead Presidents. Jessica and Spade when opposites attract it is pure fireworks! We met Jessica before and she comes of as timid and mousy but somehwere along the way this gal grew sass and spunk. Working her way up the coporate ladder has left her questioning the reasons her coworkers are getting ahead of her! Then shall we add being held hostage and then rescued by a badass sexy biker ! I loved thier journey ! you do not realize what you want or need until it is right in front of you...take that chance !!

I love this series and it keeps getting better we met Jessica is Wasp's book and we learned she's timid and non confrontational. But after Spade rescues she really grows a backbone and decides she not taking crap anymore. These two have some rocky points and some bumps along the way. I love that by the end of the the book she is so independent and has grown so much in herself. These two are so adorable together.

Love each book in the The Dead Presents MC series. This is Spade’s and Jessica’s book. We’ve met Jessica in Wasp’s book as Carly’s roommate.
Jessica not confrontational, always plays it safe and is a introvert.
After an attack from her roommate’s stalker, Spade saves Jessica. It was lust at first sight for both of them.
Jessica tired of always playing it “safe” agrees to a one night stand.
What she didn’t count on was that one night would be not enough.
Spade has so much going on for him. The club, meddling family, and a sick member of the family he cares so much about.
But he can’t get Jessica out of this mind and will do everything to be with her.

This book! Spade and Jessica are the kind of couple I love to read about! I can't get over how amazing their story is. It starts off with danger, and ends with a HEA that really makes my heart soar!
Jessica is a good girl. But, really, she's hiding from herself. There is more to her than meets the eye, than even she can see. But it's going to take a special man, and special circumstances, to bring it out. Spade is loyal. To his family, both blood and club. And Jessica catches him, when he least expects it. Theirs is a connection that is both explosive, and beautiful.
I absolutely loved this story. Jessica and Spade have a spark that is immediate, and perfect. I loved all of the visits with the characters from previous books, and can't say how much I enjoyed this book. It's definitely one that any one that enjoys MC romance will adore!

Harley Stone and the Dead President's MC make my heart sing!! I love all things about this series! I absolutely love the premise this MC is founded upon and each and every book makes me feel deeper in love with the incredible men of this series.
Spade was smart, loyal, a total crack up and utterly delicious. His need to break away from his family and live his own life is something I think most of us can relate to at some point in our lives. His beloved Uncle burrowed deep into my heart and I love how he loved his nephew.
Jessica is a good girl, even a little on the edge of boring. But the feelings she has upon meeting Spade could never be described as boring. With Spade she finds the confidence to stand up for herself and the love of a good man who always has her back.
Such a great story! Can't wait for the next one!

These stories just keep getting better and better!! The Dead Presidents MC can take over my town any day. Spade is loyal, smart, hilarious and so, so sexy. He is also a good son put in his dreams on hold to work with his father and brother in their construction business. When Jessica is in trouble, even though he doesn’t know her, Spade drops everything and goes to her rescue. She is a good girl, always following the rules and her personality would be described as boring until she meets Spade. He gives her the confidence to step out of her boring shell and live a little. I love the chemistry these two have together and the cameos from the previous couples. I can’t wait for more from this author!!

Spade is another delicious member of the Dead President’s MC, one with Latin flare and a huge heart. After helping Jess out of a situation they hit it off. After dealing with miscommunications between them Spade and Jess are finally on the right track. They find that they complement each other extremely well. Not only while dealing with loss and job issues, but in the bedroom too.

With this one I liked that there was no relationship drama between Jess and Spade. From the start they were into each other and went with it. A bit of outside drama, but they depended on each other to figure things out. Loved the ended, it worked for them both.

Loved this book soo much more the first time I read it.
Can't relieve I didn't have a review for this book.
Well sadly I'm wishing I hadn't decided to give it another read. Before, I loved
it and would have given at least 4 stars and a glowing review,like soo many others
I've seen. Now ?
Now, I'm seeing how Spade/Antonio ditches the poor overly sweet and submissive Jess
for a week and then comes back at her only thinking of himself.
I've gone from loving this couple to wanting them to get some therapy. To me,
Spade is just kinda selfish and a bit of a coward in a way. deep sigh. Spade takes
the path of least resistance w/his family,they're big and loud and annoying,loving
but ultimately very draining and taxing. Spade doesn't stand up to them,as they take and
take and demand and demand more and more because like Jess in a way it's just "easier"
to "got w/the flow". He's miserable but he just bears it with a "it's family,what ya gonna do"
kinda attitude. Then Jess comes along and she's the fresh air and light he hadn't realized
he needed soo badly. Now while he seems to appreciate her as a person,all he seems to think about is sex w/her,and a bit of sex is all they've had he takes off for a week and a 1/2 w/out a single word.
Now hey,going off because your favorite elderly relative is having a health crisis is a completely legit reason for taking off and losing track. You rush off alone have to deal w/them and all their needs,the doctors,the questions,the worries. Heck yeah,you gonna forget your own name at times much less some random man or woman you just met. But after a few days and things have started to settle,only a d nugget is going to keep silent if he ever plans to see them again. Once he got his phone going again and was checking in w/others there is NO excuse for him not to have gotten
her number from Wasp and called her. Hell,just to let her know he was ok if nothing else.
But to give Jess nothing but silence after their one night together and then go to her door not just wanting more, but expecting it? That's some major league BS there.
No way in hades,should he have even gotten in her door w/out some major explaining and apologizing. Taking off was understandable,but a week and a 1/2 of nothing and coming back expecting to get back in her pants ? That's nothing but D Bag,there. Spade should have had more respect for both Jess and himself than that. Jess Suffers from "damp panty syndrome" here, he gets her panties all damp and she does what ever he wants. Spade lets his family be selfish w/him and think only of their needs and not his,then he goes to Jess and does the same to her. That really made me disgusted. Now Yeah when Jess needs help at work she is there to offer some support and others talent to help her but the majority of the book is about Spade and Jess catering to him.
And that's what ruined the story for me.
Havoc held up for me. Loved him and Julia just as much or more reading them again but I should
have left Spade alone.
We both lost.

Another great installment from The Dead Presidents MC.
I have been just loving binging this series and no clue why I hadn't read it before now. Love the writing and all the characters even though they vary greatly.
We got to meet Jessica through her roommate Carly in Trapping Wasp and this shows a bit of where this book mainly starts, well where she meets Spade.
She had allowed a single mother and young mum to move in plus helped with babysitting so I knew would love her to get a happy ending. But Jessica is quiet and reserved unlike most of the other strong women we have seen so I wasn't sure how this would be.
Spade is polar opposite and very up front and straight forward guy I actually was nearly in fits of laughter while I was reading some of his antics just at how embarrassed Jessica got.
Again one thing love in these books as that even though its centred round an MC they are all amazing guys that served their country and now get to meet women perfect for them. Even if don't always see it to start with, or that could be the jealousy talking, by the end I just know they are meant to be.
With all this series so far I am recommending to all those who will listen. Still a few more for me to catch up on in the series so that I am up to date so next review will come very soon!

Dang, I hope you are reading to cry and laugh. So yes you will need tissues when you start to read this book. So let’s meet Spade. He is wanting more in life but feels obligated to his family. He has dreams and has yet been able to discuss them with his family. He also is ready to find that special someone to share his life with. Ladies he has a type and you would not have guessed it either. Let’s meet Jessica again. She is Carly’s friend. So these two met because of a stalker chasing Carly. Spade got one look and he was done. He wanted to get to know her and more. Jessica is smart, funny and a bit shy. She works hard for her goals. Now her and Spade have one amazing night and then life interrupts everything. So what happened? Family happens but not how you think though. Jessica is dealing with crazy stuff at work and then trying to find out what she did wrong. No worries though she finds out what happens. Spade and Jessica learn that life is unpredictable and make time when they can. They do come out on top and get the happily ever after. These two are meant do each other and loved how every thing played out.

Jessica works at an advertising agency she’s been passed over for promotion again, even worse the job went to a talentless hack. So in the middle of one of her worst days ever she goes home and is held hostage by a crazed gunman who wants to build a fantasy life with her roommate Carly. (See Book 3 about Wasp & Carly).
What do you do when you’re a quiet introvert on the outside and have an inner wild side waiting to break free? Simple, you take up the naughty offer from the sexy as sin biker who was instrumental in saving your life from a deranged man pointing a gun at you.
Life is conspiring against Spade and Jessica, it’s a big game of will they or won’t they.
Loved the chemistry between these characters, also loved that it wasn’t vanilla. There’s a huge amount of cosmic irony that Spade’s Great Uncle who’s been something of a role model for him is exactly the type of man that the Dead President’s MC strives to help. Brilliant addition to the series.

Wow!! I could NOT put this down! From start to finish, this book had me in its clutches and I had to know what came next. Harley Stone writes about hot, muscled, inked bikers and strong, sassy, fierce women with such an amazing talent, she draws you in and takes you on a journey into their world. After a bumpy start, Spade falls hard for Jessica, but she's so unsure of herself, that she can't let herself believe he's for real. He works hard to show her he's the real deal and protects her in the process, gradually breaking down walls and eventually following his dream. Does Jessica share that dream and get her happy ever after? You'll have to read it to find out.

I love this MC family and all their quirks and learning about a new member just completely blows my mind in a good way. I highly recommend this series from the beginning, but each book can be read as a standalone. I wish I could give it more than five stars she is one of my go to authors.

“Breaking Spade”, sixth in the 'Dead Presidents MC' series, brings back Jessica who featured in a previous book.
She's a whizz at work but keeps getting passed over.
After Spade rescues her when she is taken hostage she decides it is time to grow a backbone and stop letting people walk all over her.
And who better than the Dead Presidents MC - Spade in particular - to help her.
After a couple of days in which the series was just what I wanted to read I think I've had enough.
Although the author has tried to vary the format as much as possible they're beginning to blur for me.
And, though there is nothing wrong with it per se, I am getting sick and tired of happy endings.

Not as good as the previous books in the series.
Spade and Jessica briefly appeared as part of a previous story, although they were not together. This story takes up when they met. Within a day they sleep together then immediately get into mild BDSM! That basically sums up the story except for mild disturbances at her work place.
So, so ,so disappointing! I felt disgusted at Jessica subduing her own personality immediately to please a male after only hours. It just seemed unrealistic.

Blah
Nothing but a slow story. You have the beginning when Carley’s stalker broke in the door then nothing.... Tonio and his dealings with his family trying to rule his life, and the issues Jessica had at work but it was slow and blah. What happened to the two men at Jessica’s office? They were escorted out. Were they arrested? Charged with skimming/ blackmail? What? Very slow and blah
Nothing but a slow story. You have the beginning when Carley’s stalker broke in the door then nothing.... Tonio and his dealings with his family trying to rule his life, and the issues Jessica had at work but it was slow and blah. What happened to the two men at Jessica’s office? They were escorted out. Were they arrested? Charged with skimming/ blackmail? What? Very slow and blah

Great ...... again !
I wasn’t sure if the standard would keep up, as long as Jess & Tonio’s storyline was as good as the other books in this series I didn’t worry. I didn’t worry though because each book has been subtly different, a uniqueness to each character, their own foibles, strengths and weaknesses that make this a series to own and reread. Recommended!

Another brother down!
Spade/Antonio and Jessica began their attraction in a stressful way, but end up being good together.
Unfortunately, Spade has some family drama and tough circumstances that get in the way of their connection for a bit. I didn’t love how that all went down.
This couple is steamy and easy to enjoy. The pages turned quickly. There wasn't a lot of the club’s drama in this one.
Again, a good read. On to the next book!

Spade me please
This series is is truly a great read but I have to say so far Spade is my absolute favorite! I thought Wasp was the best and he is every bit that fantastic but something about Spade and Jess did it for me. Great characters and a storyline that keeps you turning the pages!

This was not only a good story but it was entertaining as well. As the series goes along the stories become more entertaining and we get a better look into the lives of the members and their wives. This was just a really.sweet.story,one that's somewhat believable. Take a moment and enjoy the biker and the girl next door.

Spade has a thing for women on the nerdy side and Jessica ticks all of his boxes. Jessica draws strength from him and starts standing up for herself as they get closer. They are a very sweet couple.

I honestly don't think Harley has written a book that rates less than 5 stars. It is well edited (drives me nuts when books have a ton of stupid editing errors) Well thought out, and just a great read.
