She awoke something deep within me that I hadn't known was there. I wanted her right away, both in a physical way and far beyond that. I also knew right away that it wasn't allowed.
This is a steamy sapphic/lesbian forbidden romance between women from different worlds. It is a super spicy standalone romance in the Infinite Tenderness Series with a Happy Ever After.
Willow Rutherford, the senator's daughter, has lived a life filled with wealth and privilege.
She always imagined she would have a very suitable career and marry a very suitable man.
She is on a work night out when she ends up in a strip club watching a girl dance- Lola is most beautiful erotic thing Willow could ever imagine and she has to know more.
Meeting up with Lola the stripper is one thing, falling for Lola would be quite another.
And what will happen if Senator Rutherford finds out?

I enjoyed this book by Margaux Fox. It was sexy and had intense chemistry. The angst was expected. I had two concerns for this book, I would have loved to know more about the background of one MC as it was briefly mentioned, but not expanded on, as if we knew what was being hinted at. The other issue was that the reconnection was glossed over, just shows up, and we are now in the epilogue. Otherwise, I enjoyed reading this book. I will continue to follow this author.
Lola is the sexiest stripper in the city. Men crave her attention and moves. Willow is the daughter of a Senator who comes to the club with the guys from the office. Thus starts a star crossed relationship with love and passion steals their souls. Will they find a happy ending? Erotic sexy love between two women.
Willow comes from money, has a beautiful apartment and a good government job. She's the only female in her department. One day the guys ask her to join them at a strip club after work. She goes and sees Lola!! A beautiful stripper! Lola notices her too. This is a sexy, HOT love story. 5 stars!
I usually don't even rate books less than 3 stars but this just frustrated me to the point I can't resist. I'm overall, a big fan of the author, but this story didn't hit like it should've. It had SO much potential! Their dynamic was SO hot but not explored or expanded to make it real, Willow was so incredibly shy/inexperienced but she immediately fell into "that" role and was more dominant? How? And what the heck happened? She just shows up at the press conference and it's fast fwd 15 yrs? 15 YEARS?! WHAT?! There was just so much potential and this should've/ could've been an absolute 5 star book but it requires deeper writing and more writing. It was incredibly short and 1 dimensional. I just feel like I was given a teaser but wasn't told it was a teaser. I wish this would've been better, I know it could've been.
4.5 stars. I thought this book was going to be too fast paced due to the length, but boy was I wrong! I loved the contrast in backgrounds and the subtle/not so subtle (at times) BDSM relationship! As for Lola’s past, it seems like a missed opportunity for deeper exploration. And yes, more dialogue and glimpses of Willow’s siblings would have added layers to the narrative. My favorite part of this book was the epilogue, it was incredibly sweet and endearing! Lovely book!
This is a hot spicy book. Lola is a stripper. A very good stripper. Willow is a senator's daughter. Who didn't realize she was gay. A beautiful love story.
This was a nice read, with fun characters Lola and Willow. Who meet somewhat by chance, feel an unexpected connection, and both keep important-feeling secrets. Lola’s is never really revealed? That feels like a missed opportunity. Willow’s comes back to bite them (at that point the surprise is more in the how than in the fact that it happens at all), and it’s largely instigated by one person.
I guess the reason I’m not going with five stars is that I’d have liked this to be a bit longer. That one person caused a lot of angst, and I really wanted to see them get their comeuppance. But it never happened? The whole story moved pretty quickly into wrap-up mode and they were barely mentioned again and it was pretty much only to say things worked out OK. Sorry/not sorry for the schadenfreude, but I needed that person to feel a bit of the pain they caused! Also, with a bit more run time maybe we could have dived into Lola’s background a bit more. Some more depth would have made her feel more real, I guess.
Still, for a relatively short work, this was fun, and I’d be happy to read another.
The second book in the “Infinite Tenderness” series has heat and sweetness. As well as controlling parents. A senators daughter, Willow who is different but scared quiet on what her parents will do. She works with all men, a job that was given because of her father. When the men go to a strip club one night after work and include her, she goes to prove she is part of the team. When her eyes capture the strippers eyes they are both struck with a connection, an attraction. Enough so that, Willow goes back again and request a private dance. What happens next takes Willow and Lola on a magical ride until disaster strikes. This was a sweet and sexy love story.
What do you do when you meet the ‘one’ where you are not suppose to?
I was so excited to read this one as I quite enjoyed book 1 in the series. Then I saw it was fairly short and I snatched it up to read right away. I fell into the story finding the tension, steam and confidence between the two MCs exciting. Somewhere along the line things started going a bit flat for me. I had to read through to the end to see how everything resolved but I did find myself plowing through instead of savoring the story. I love this author and will definitely continue to read her wonderful stories. I do recommend this one as well, it is worth the read, just not a fave.
This is not a spoiler if I avoid the details. But I liked how songs are included in various scenes, and my favourite is the song "Bet you wanna" by Sabrina Carpenter, if you play that song and start reading the chapter you'll see that at a certain speed the text will go exactly at the same pace with the song lyrics and that is why its my favourite part of the book cause you really can imagine Lola and Willow like if you're also sitting there watching the show and it's so awesome!
And also the context of the chapter is soo intense so it fits perfectly with the song.
So obviously now I'm obsessed with that song and every time it plays on Spotify I remember Lola 😍
Nice little short addition into the series. It is a kind of stereotypical "rags to riches" and "opposites attract" but they are not really opposites in terms of personality, in personality they actually have perfect chemistry. I did feel the reason for the breakup initially was a bit unrealistic, just for how quickly Lola went from vindictive toward Willow to taking her back only weeks later, but I found that the way they got back to each other was more realistic. Lola decided to focus on herself and her own goals and realized she loved studying business and culture, and so she does that, but it also leads her right back to Willow. I found that interesting.
This was a small book so I never got to attach with the two girls. It was only about lust and less about feeling. The author tried to give it a depth but that needs time to get to know the characters, something that we couldn't have because of the sort read. It was erotica after all. The sex scenes were not so well described but I really really loved the private dance scene in the strip club and all the 3 stars are for this one. Also I would like to say that the names are mentioned wrong in the book. You are in a Willow chapter, for example, and when she thinks of Lola in the book she is referred as Willow again. That was crazy 😂
Margaux Fox wrote this one just for me, but I will share it with you all! This book is magic with its heat, the rabbit pulled from the hat in soft sweet words of lust. There are wonderful characters that cause turmoil to grow and others that smooth the harshness of reality away. This story grows on you and draws you in right to the last words.
Good story overall with a major flaw that ruined it for me. The way the author completely skips over winning back the girl made me almost not even read the rest of the series hoping it doesn't become a pattern.
Forbidden love love you never thought you wanted or needed
Two different worlds collide at first sight
Hot steamy sex and great storyline mixes together to form this beautiful love story of not only finding the love of your life but also the life you love
