Action Research is a process that helped me become a more effective reading teacher. As a children's author, I feel that this research may be helpful to parents and educators. This was a project I completed when my daughter was five years old. Today, my daughter (11 yrs) has become a reading enthusiast.  I hope my research experience demonstrates an alternative methodology to teach early learners how to read.This book shows the action research steps and the actual process of what I went through and its results.
