Incredibly useful information for teams wanting to research and build data-driven products. We referenced this wonderful resource when hosting a conference session to present the power of experimentation to create impact. Weigel covers a wide variety of perspectives and goes into tremendous detail to help teams get started with testing, analyze variables and drive change throughout the organization.

Highly recommend for Designers, Data Analysts, Product Managers and more!

I used to dismiss experimentation as "reducing UX work to cold calculations". This book has helped me gain newfound respect for the practice with its depth, critical considerations, and humour. Highly recommended to anyone in the field of user experience!

It focuses on data and user needs to make products that truly make things better, not just different. The chapters unfold in a sequencing of product developments events, from understanding customer problems to prioritising impactful ideas to non-biased decision making. It's great for both design pros and newbies because it's easy to understand, has useful examples and chapter summaries. I've already read a few books on product development, especially on A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation. I particularly like this one and it is very refreshing. Erin Weigel manages to make the world of experimentation/CRO not only understandable but also surprisingly entertaining. With her conversion design process, she shows how teams can test better and achieve real improvements - with a pinch of humour and practical tips that can be implemented immediately. Perfect for anyone who doesn't just want to change their ideas, but really wants to improve them. Easy to read and full of aha-effects! I have also recommended the book to everyone in my company.

This book is a must read for all product designers. What I loved about the book is that new experimenters, or old, can pick up the book, run with it, and be implementing tools and strategies to amplify their experimentation game tomorrow. Erin has done a fantastic job of distilling lots of very complex topics down into digestible, practical takeaways that can be understood quickly and easily (with humour). Don't skip the annotations .. they're the most entertaining part! A fantastic practical handbook. An evergreen reference that will stand the test of time.

Great book on experimentation! A lot of really helpful visuals and explanations for complex concepts. So many books like this are hard to read and gate keepey (not this one!). This one is just great!
