There are often descriptions on how to get around the course or the town. It would have been useful if a small map were included alongside these descriptions. There’s lots of information to help you decide on your next destination. I especially enjoyed the interviews with famous runners.
Cons: The book is bound in such a way that it doesn’t lie flat - you really need to hold it down in order to read it. Also, as a keen parkrunner, I was miffed to find every mention of this running establishment to be written as “Parkrun”. It’s always “parkrun”; a minor point but it’s deliberately stated that way by parkrun HQ.
